Wonders will never cease. The 21 billion was stolen the other day meant for dams. Why can't the government recover all stolen money and put it in good use like building railways hospitals, houses etc. The thieves are walking free while Uhuru is trying to borrow money outside. This is total madness.

Don't let anything make you forget that even as China denied Kenya a loan to finance the remaining section of the SGR, it wrote off 15billion dollars in debt owed by Ethiopia lol…. Can't blame the Chinese. You cannot expect the Chinese to allow you to take loans to build railways only to end up using half of it to "compensate land" and allow politicians to steal the other half before handing it over to idiotic churches.
