Many THC edibles for sale on Minnesota’s shelves contain THC levels well beyond what’s currently allowed by state law, …

  1. Hemp derived THC products are not what's sold in actual dispensaries. The farm bill passed by Trump legalized all cannabinoids derived from hemp that is no higher than 0.3% Delt-9-THC by volume. That includes psychoactive cannabinoids like Delta-8-THC, Delta-10-THC, HHC, THCv, THCp, and many others. The products at tobacco shops, gas stationa, and CBD shops are not a representation of what actual dispensaries carry or how they operate. This is literally gas station THC products made by using isomers and solvents to convert CBD into different forms of psychoactive cannabinoids that are protected under the farm bill. You wouldn't run into these issues if you had state regulated dispensaries and not bodega gummies. 😅

  2. no way to enforce it?
    just fine the company or suspend the sales of their products on store shelves…enforcing law in a store environment is possible…enforcing law in a street environment is impossible.
    please legalize marijuana/hemp/cannabis on a federal level so that law can be enforced in a safe/secure/regulated store environment.

  3. well, the version of Everclear sold in the state is the 151 proof, or 75.5%. I don't think that any restrictions on cannabis concentrates should be any more strict, ie have lower limits, than that of booze> Remember that Booze is the result of thousands of deaths per year vie intoxicated driving and family abuse. You can actually die from booze. At 75.5% it'd take just a few ounces to kill someone. Also, why did that guy no notice that the candies were like 15$ or more. Candy Gummies don't cost that, even at convenience or gas stations.

  4. I mean if u get blasted eating one, u should figure out maybe i should go with half next time;
    if that dosen't register, you really should not indulge in drugs. And probably wear a helmet most waking hours.

  5. The lab technician wouldnt look at the people and was acting very strangely.. Also theyre testing for full spectrum THC. The only thing illegal is delta – 9… this entire news story is scare tactics and misleading.

  6. omg 6 times 5mg of thc is only 30mg😂 I’m sorry but you can’t expect people to pay money for essentially no thc. The effects are no where near intoxicating at those levels, 5-10mg may be ok for someone new to cannibas who wants to try it but it’s essentially like going out and buying half a beer. Ig some drink it for the taste😂 but i don’t think that’s the case for most people… now if you ate the entire container, that’d probably be a good time

  7. woah 5 mg an edible is wayyy too low. I have to take like 3-5 80mg each to have a good time. but my tolearnace is high. But 5mg each oh hell nah one 80mg or half of that will have you feeling good

  8. LOL imagine being too high so you think you are going to die but guess what no one has ever died from ingesting THC and THC alone.
    All of this bad publicity on independent makers of THC products is all smoke and mirrors so you give in to only big pharma being able to produce THC products. Watch… Mark my words, soon the little guy will be pushed out of the THC market.

  9. Dude really said he asked for "normal candy" in a smoke shop no way a human can be so stupid 🤣🤣🤣🤣 then was like ohhh what you mean the candy you gave me was the only candy you sell in your store edibles ???

  10. What this "informative" piece forgot to mention is that the chart they showed, has DELTA 8 THC. Which currently has NO LEGAL LIMIT. LIterally shoveling out misinformation to people who don't know any better. The "lab tech" included. 4:18

  11. YOU FOOLS ONLY 5MG DELTA 9 ALLOWED PER PIECE, SAMPLE E CONTAINS 26% DELTA 8 (FEDERALLY LEGAL HEMP DERIVED THC 'weed light') AND CONTAINS THE STANDARD, LIMITED, 5% DELTA 9 IN ADDITION. WHAT THE FUCK GUYS DID ANYONE PROOFREAD THIS REPORT?
