The guy that taught me how to drive a dump truck for working along side the DOT for overnight road work could roll a joint with one hand, chainsmoked them without a care in the world while working. Also the amount of truck drivers talking about smoking weed over CB radios out on the highways is pretty hilarious.
Don’t worry y’all I got a federal lawsuit coming to make a religious freedom exception to federal marijuana prohibition it’s a violation of the first amendment if I win you’ll just have to be a member of the Rastafarian church to claim the exemption. It’ll be valid in all 50 states since the 1st amendment applies to all states And the federal government. If you look at Jamaica it’s still illegal there but they have a religious freedom exception to their law so I can’t imagine Jamaica having stronger religious freedoms than America has.
It ain’t gunna matter soon 😂😂😂 the government knows they done messed up costing nearly 50k drivers their license over a little ganja it’s nuts crazy cause marijuana has less of effect the next morning after then alcohol does soon will be over the government is realizing what they have created now they are turning it into a schedule 3 drug which is less harmful but still addicting and will allow drivers to smoke it on their off time and have it in their system let’s all agree smoking is way less harmful then drinking alcohol 😂😂😂😂😂 facts 2023
I’m at Step 5 in the Clearinghouse. I need a Return to Duty drug test. Looking for Local or Regional route out of Arkansas. I have over 6 months experience driving 48’s, 53’s Dry Vans or Hopper Grain Trucks. I’m also Auto-Restricted. No other MVR Violations. Can you help me? And when can I call?
The hair follicle test that y’all do only goes back 120 days the trucking company that I applied for says that they do hair follicle test that goes back 6 months

Enough is enough feds need to catch up take marijuana off of the list decreminalize it asap. Cocaine and heroin is considered safer then marijuana you can drink bottle whiskey go to bed for 5 hours and go to work this makes no sense we Truckers need to get together stand up for logic. I don't even smoke fyi
