On the one hand, I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to build up a 5 figure position in the cannabis industry… but on the other hand, it's getting pretty sad how incompetent the government is at following through with the clear will of the people.
Met Charlie Bachtell at the Safe hearing in DC. Super nice guy. NCR was their as well. Think Charlie was there representing the NCR, but he brought the Cresco team as well.
Have you seen Columbia care’s stock price recently? $.36 a share down 16% in one day …Cresco is dropping..tilray tumbling….
This corporate weed is trash…the dispensaries are the wrong ideology for weed…
This industry is all messed up right now…
And these politicians are all united against the people…
It definitely is the wrong time to consume or invest in weed…the greediest are the growers…they document everything you do in the dispensaries when they scan your drivers license… It’s Orwellian quasi legal anti weed…
And with full legalization…wave goodbye to Cresco and verano and ozone and the rest…
New York illegal growers are the heroes of this industry…serious competition for corporate trash weed creates a free market and weed becomes better…
New Developments Since Recording: Kim Rivers: on CNBC @ 3:10 "Expect to hopefully have a mark up come out of that hearing which would put #safebanking on the floor for a vote or scheduled actually teed up for a floor vote which of course has not happened to date." https://twitter.com/Cannalorian/status/1656420053938499585
WHY!?! Invite me instead LOL NEW: The U.S. Senate Banking Committee has named additional witnesses for Thursday's marijuana banking hearing. Now featuring BIG Industry clown Kevin Sabet, who’s blocked me on Twitter.
The Rhode Island House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill to allow marijuana businesses to advertise their products. Still early but big precedent as any other US business can advertise their products.
In No. 43 of the Cannabis Commerce + Chemistry Podcast, host Curt Robbins from Higher Learning LV gives co-hosts Dena Putnam from Leafwize Naturals and John Bailey from the Mindset Genesis the week off to go one-on-one with Anna-Sophia Kouparanis from Bloomwell Group in Frankfurt, Germany. Trying to get better gauge on DE situation, some highlights.

Overregulation is name of the game but DE did remove Cannabis from their ‘CSA’. Medical market main focus going forward.
