Was the fight against Galamsey deliberately set up to fail?

We spoke to a former legal advisor to Operation Vanguard, Ex-Capt. Jamal Tonzua Seidu on the Galamsey fight.

  1. The lawyer for the Vanguard Unit has been detailed enough and the 2 journalists did good in the interviewing.

What they do with such info, many times baffles me. This has to be played on most of televised TV stations. Even the lawyer's composure is attestation of failures in the fight against galamasey.

Does this report from Prof & interview of the Vanguard Unit lawyer proof for the president to admit his fight against galamasey has failed.
The Ghana we have could is now slipping away, because of flip flop leaderships.
The 30-year old constitution we have, running the nation is one reason why progress seems to be eluding us.
Constitutional amendment is needed before the 2025 administration begins.

  2. Hmmm! I am listening to this podcast with astounishment. The surprise comes from the fact, Mr. Siedu to be put into such a position with no experience.

How was Mr Siedu picked to head such a Vanguard Unit? Was the job open to a lot of NPP faithfuls? And why was he picked? Did it have ethnicity as a factor, thinking as a northerner, he will have no favors for the southerners as most people who did galamasey?

Now, this guy is a former, so where is he now & why is he not there? To be honest, he was a novice in law practice. A better & more knowledgeable lawyer could have done a good job.
This is what happens when people who know people in high office get jobs, if even they have no clue as to what to do from the first day.

Ghana is doomed with this kind of practice. Meritocracy has to be the way for a nation like Ghana to move forward.

This guy from the beginning attested to the fact that the task was way too much for him. This is my pick after listening to him in this dialogue.

I feel sorry for Ghana. We need to employ the right & viable people in every positions. Too many "square perks in round holes".

  3. BLAH BLAH BLAH- Can a Ghanaian do illegal mining in China or Australia or Saudi? Something wrong with the "black" mind period, we are our own worst enemies! We talk and talk, 😒

  4. The President Akuffo Addo is just throwing dust into Ghanaians eyes. Why coz, he's the first gentleman of the land. He appoints and disappoints …so if there's mess driving the country this way and he's mute and now don't believe the very investigation conducted then, we should just be careful coz he's just joking with our minds.
