  1. What electrolyte powder do you use? I used to use Hydrant but they changed their formula to add natural flavors and monk fruit and natural colors ugh!

  2. What is your toddler doing while you cook? I have nap time and that’s basically it- if I leave him to his own devices the house is getting destroyed…. 😅

  3. Im just starting Keto but want to make your green smoothie so I can get alot of veggies in too. Do you know of an alternative to the banana I can use?? It has too many carbs 🙁 So I need a replacement that is sweet like the banana too I am guessing? Im doing Keto for medical reasons not for weight loss.
