I've driven high on weed probably thousands of times. I don't even realize or think about it. It has never caused any impairment in my experience. It does make turning the music up pretty fun though.
It's a broken and corrupt system Federally when they put Law Enforcement as the lead agency in charge of Licensing both Doctors and Pharmacists… The DEA has no business nor the scientific background in the disciplines required to make intelligent decisions in neither medical treatments or medicine!!! With their history of botched Drug Raids, paying huge settlements for incorrect addresses serving Warrants and actual executions during no knock warrants they are of questionable ability in policing alone…
With all the States excepting medical studies regarding Marijuana in the past 10 -15 years the DEA still has Marijuana Scheduled as a Class 1 Narcotic with no known medical use, highly addictive and with a high potential for abuse… They claim Fentanyl is responsible for a crisis yet schedule it a Class 2 Drug legal in all 50 States as if marijuana is more dangerous than Fentanyl… While Pain Management Doctors fear DEA reprisals if they treat the Documented medically dependent forcing them to Street Pushers for pain relief??? C'mon, who's the criminals and who's the good guys???
I've never smoked weed before, but for Delaware to legalize weed now is a shocker. I tbought we'd be the last state to legalize weed or not at all. đ
Any state not moving to legalize marijuana these days are just idiots. Willingly handing minimum 100-200 million in tax revenue to the surrounding states. That's a whole lot more money these politicians could be skimming off the top
So for the people worried about the â kids â remember theyâre smoking right now, and itâs not been sourced reliably, they could be smoking straight death this very second, im not about dealing to kids, but Iâm even less for kids dying from bad weed.
You will be legalizing all drugs once you open the door with pot. Once you legalize pot, drug dealers will operate with impunity and bring other drugs that you can upgrade to. And once enough people upgrade and turn into zombies then they will say that the best thing to do is just legalize it all. That's the same argument originally used for pot "Well , they're gonna do it anyway ".

Just want to point out that the Democrats held the House, Senate, and Presidency and still couldnât legalize the most agreed upon subject in the US. How pathetic!!!!!!
In the Meantime the German Legalization failed because our Politicians are incompetent and have no Balls to push it through. The opposite Site in Politics (CDU Party) and Society is still very strong When we are lucky we get a half baked Decriminalization with 25g and 3 Plants
In oregon, you used to only be allowed to purchase 2 grams of expensive recreational Cannabis per day (or it was 5 grams, I forget) but now you can purchase 1 oz of Cannabis per day & have on you in public.
In NY they are messing up. The taxes put the price well over $400 an ounce. On the street its in the $200 range per ounce. In NY you are better getting a med card for as little as $100 on line and go to a medical only place like CuraLeaf. Their periodic sales are in the low $200 range, I assume because they are in a number of states and grow their own product reducing overhead.
