    I am 52, I workout 4 to 5 days a week. I'm 6'1" and I weigh 270lbs but trying to get to 250lbs…maybe 245lbs. I think I'm at 25% bf and would like to see maybe 15 or 17 % bf. I've never dealt with counting calories before, I have more of a linebacker body than someone on stage….but I want to look 80% like I'm on stage. I've never had a 6 pack in my life,

I have seen your videos before and I have found you to be earnest and respectable, and your advice revelatory and reliable. So when, with the weight of all the trustworthiness you had built up, you posted a thumbnail which said "Week 0" in the first frame and "Week 1" in the second, I permitted myself to suspend disbelief for just a moment. After all, I have never seen you exaggerate any claims, and you have always emphasized patience and consistency. If you, with your reputation, had found a system so powerful that it would cause you to depart from your usual judiciousness and prudence and post a "week 0" "week 1" thumbnail, depicting a fat slob in the first and a chiseled athlete in the second, then surely, surely there must be some truth to it. Surely you wouldn't jeopardize your reputation just for some clickbait, would you? Apparently you would. I'm disappointed. Disappointed that I can't get a six pack in one week. Disappointed that I would allow myself to believe such obvious foolishness. Disappointed that the only reason I believed it was because someone who I consider to be on the same level as Thomas DeLauer told me it was true. This is beneath you Dr. Diamond.

  6. Hi Mike, I am 38 y/o , weight 202 lb, height 6 feet and my body fat percent 25%. I do HIIT for 15 mins for 3 days and cycling 1 day and 1 day of walking. Approx calories usually I burn around 3000-3200/week! Thanks for your support
