A question was asked about using plant medicines if you had prior addictions. Well if you are new to sobriety absolutely not. I had a 21 year heroin addiction and now I have 31 years of sobriety at 69 years old. At 65 I finally tried to use them cannabis IN particular and it did not awaken that hidden beast. I was scared about it even though my spiritual growth was significant. Alcohol would be an absolute no. I do not use cannabis much or often and prefer daily breathwork practice. If your addiction was to THC then do not use that one. Try something else provided you have at least 10 years clean and sober my opinion and you have worked a 12 step program at some time in your recovery. Big fan Marguerite. You have taught me a lot.
