  1. It's wonderful to not have to set an alarm. If your body wakes up automatically at the same time, I'm sure that's what you need. I'm lucky to not set alarms anymore, and I sleep 8:30hrs, whether I go to bed at 10pm or 3am.

  2. Awesome episode, Love you guys! What I have noticed is that if I take an edible in the evening my sleep tracking consistently shows that my deep sleep cycle is cut in half and REM sleep is longer.
