  1. My PA introduced me to Ashwagandha a few years ago. I took it for about a year. Felt a boost of energy and a sense of calm. It allowed me to rest and not be so anxious. I stopped taking it when my doctor put me on sleeping pills, and other medication for acid reflux, allergies, etc. I thought I had too much going on. However, I plan to use the Ashwagandha again.

  3. When I first took Ashwagandha like 10 years ago I felt the initial boost of energy and calmness…now not so much. Music gives me more energy than anything else 😊

  5. I started taking ashwagandha 8 years ago for thyroid issues‼️ It worked like a charm because it reduced my stress and anxiety levels‼️I'm using pharm organic herbs(liquid) even till today‼️☺️P.s it does make you drowsy so take at night‼️😴
