  1. It's amazing how many of these CBD videos totally ignore telling us what concentration, amount in Mg and type of CBD oil they are using! Very irritating, as the information provided is then pretty useless!

  2. After about 1.5 weeks of taking CBD+THC gummies, 40+ years of insomnia mostly disappeared. But if I stop taking them for 2-3 days, the insomnia is back. Though I’ve only been doing this for a few weeks, and I haven’t tried CBD-only products

  3. Hi Tadas, I would love to send you some of the product that my company makes. Prana PM specifically to see if you like it and hope it can have a positive effect on you and anyone else who follows your channel. Please see our site at https://nutrimedhealth.com/ and let me know if you would be interested in trying any of them. We would be more than happy to send anything you would like to try your way. Insomnia is something I deal with as well and it has a profound affect on our lives. Our product that we make at UCANN has helped me tremendously and I would be re-missed if I didn't reach out.

    Take Care!!

  4. Thanks for your videos. It’s a relief to come across somebody with near identical problems — 5 years insomnia, awake after 4 hours sleep, and can never nap during the day. It’s been pure torture.

  5. Hi Tadas, I have identical insomnia issues as yours (e.g. waking up hot with racing heart, glycine making insomnia worse etc.). So thanks a lot for sharing your experiences! Based on various tests I've done (stool, hair, blood), I seem to have intestinal bacterias issues (h pylori, clostridia, candida), some heavy metal toxicity (probably from my silver amalgams), low stomach acidity, and low immunity (my white blood cell count is super low). Low stomach acidity causes malabsorption of nutrients and especially of protein, and protein as you probably know is important for neurotransmitters. So generally a lot of signs that GI, kidney, liver and gallblader not functioning at 100%. So I'm slowly working through all this now. In the meantime, taking a good quality multi-vitamin has helped a lot with my mood (usually, I feel horrible when I haven't slept much). I thought I'd share my experiences in case any of them rings a bell. The only thing I haven't tried is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. That's supposed to be the best thing for insomnia according to this interivew with a sleep reseacher at Stanford. http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:286455576/sounds.rss
