  1. Hi Dr. Berg, will Kefir be polluted during the filtration process? Do I need to throw away the old kefir grains regularly and replace them with new ones a year?

  2. If you want more microbes, just add a bit fruit yoghurt and keep it at room temp overnight. The microbes will multiply and eat the sugars. It might even get a fizzy.

  3. I saw this video while on vacation in February in the Netherlands. I have been drinking it ever since and let me tell you… Game changer! I have had chronic insomnia for almost 20 years. Now I get a good nights sleep for out of the seven days a week! Thank you for sharing this video.

  4. I like to dring kefir with some raw almonds before bed but what I am experiencing is, when I do this I see nightmares at morning. Is there anything I should concerned about? Is there anyone else having something like that?

  5. Can you make kefir with coconut milk or almond milk (milks with no additives)? Also, I can't really eat or drink before bed or I get digestion issues. I try to eat by 6:30pm at the latest. I suppose I could just take the kefir then rather than immediately before bed? Thank you.
