  1. Think about all the other drugs that impair driving. I think people are more offended at the smell of marijuana than it's practical purpose.

  2. Awwwww poor piggies have to find another way to illegally search & patronize innocent American citizens. More freedom for Americans truly pisses these pricks off. They HATE that we can live our lives without harassment from these roided up assholes.

  3. K9 circumvent the 4th amendment and in trial the defense has no way to question of impeach the K9. Nor is there anyway for a defense to test or confirm the K9 training or accuracy.

  4. They aren't concerned about violating peoples rights, they just know that if they search a vehicle after a dog signaled it for drugs and that dog was trained to sniff out what is now a legal drug it doesn't matter what they find it would be thrown out of court as illegally obtained evidence. All a person would have to do is say they had weed in their car or smoked it and something in the car may have had the scent on it and that would be enough to get all the evidence of any crime thrown out.
