  1. Let us not forget that during prohibition you would often find guns with peeps bootlegging alcohol… Just think for a moment and if you have 2 braincells to rub together you might realize that the correlation is between the illegality of the object not the object itself.

  2. I agree with decriminalization of marijuana, but disagree with this law, prohibiting a search when they detect the smell of marijuana. Same as the smell of alcohol, a test and search should be conducted. Impaired drivers are dangerous to themselves and to the public, and they raise insurance rates. And the stats, about those searches uncovering other crimes, like illegal narcotics and illegal guns back themselves. I know there are some cops that lie, but this bill does not make the public safer. Just the opposite, especially Baltimore. Seems Chicago, New Orleans, Detroit, Menphis, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Portland and Baltimore can't get enough of electing politicians that are corrupt and contributors to the endangering of public safety, and the overall wellfare of the people they're elected to serve.😮

  3. Every firearm in a vehicle is an illegal fitearm in Maryland. Even when the law exempts certain people performing soecific activities.

According to yhe Supreme Court, You cant prohibit firearms from vehicles solely because the vehicles use public roadways and it is quite unconstitutional to remove ones second amendment right only because they exercised said right diring a period of unconstitutional legislation.
Tell me again what law will be enacted to stop those who already don't abide by the law from not abiding by the law? And, why punish law abiding citizens for what criminals are doing when its the citizens, not the state that
are the victims of the crimes being committed?
Those $10 police reports must really be bringing in the revenue.😂😂

  4. But you people want the streets safe. Man you guys are making it hard for police. Yet you want police to do their job yet you do dumb crazy shit like this. America is doomed. People who have problems with police are criminal

  5. Lies . Straight up lies .
FBI crime statistics show that they are liars .
Show me the data please . Oh please please please stand there with some fake evidence. They forget to mention the hard drugs also involved with illegal guns .
Drug dealers should not be the standard for law abiding public .

  6. 😂😂😂 it just means that they won't make there money or case numbers,, lmao always weed????? Wow this guy is a joke!!!!!!!!!!! There all a joke!!!!!!!!!! There going to lose power and can't LIE ON MORE CHARGES

  7. So how have we not heard of this from other states where weed is legal? Looks like much ado about nothing. Personally, I'd like to know the number of guns found 'after smelling weed' in a car, and more importantly, I'd love to find out how many weed convictions arose from exactly the same scenario. I suspect not many, mainly because when every politician fails to mention it, it clearly just doesn't fit with their narrative – i.e. there was never a problem until the cops developed it into one, with appaling returns for their efforts.

  8. I'd be terrified if that frog-necked mf prosecutor was coming after me on some trumped up charges by psychopathic police. He's all for small government unless you have an herb that makes you feel silly. Pearl clutching piece of trash.

  9. Cops know this and it's all BS. This won't cause people who don't already smoke to suddenly start becoming an epidemic of cheech and chongs driving down the highway. The folks who already smoke will do it regardless… Just admit what this is really about money and power. I'm confused at how making weed legal means "more guns" but maybe my tiny mind cannot grasp such an extraordinary concept.

  10. The answer to the last goofball is if you were driving around in a car that smells like alcohol, you have very likely been drunk driving, because alcohol is a liquid that need to be kept fresh in air tight containers but if a car smells like marijuana that smells could have been made literally from the day before or the driver is simply transporting legal property that has a strong smell.
Cops pulling someone over for a simple traffic infraction then escalating to a contraband search due to claiming to smell weed is a practice that is done with prejudice mainly targeting non White neighborhoods.

  11. Talk about saying the quiet part out loud! – They admit they want to be able to use the CLAIM they smell cannabis to get around our constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizures! – Police profit massively from the fraudulently enacted, cannabis prohibition. – It gives them millions of dollars in asset forfeitures, millions more in the bribe of “drug war” grants, easy overtime, easy arrests, easy convictions and easy promotions – all at the expense of our freedom!

That’s why, in regard to cannabis, the police are the enemy of freedom and reason. – They should not be given ANY input on cannabis policy. They are the foxes in the hen house. The fraudulently enacted prohibition has corrupted the police to the point where they simply cannot be trusted on this subject.

  12. Just ones I would like these people who enact these laws to be victims of their own bullshit, since putting the rest of civilization and society at risk makes sense to them. Democrats just keep allowing criminals to get away!!

  13. As crime is spiraling out of control in Baltimore, let's place more handcuffs on police officers so that it's even more difficult for them to do their jobs SMH lol.
