  1. Or you can do good mornings. It's a type of exercise maneuver. You hinge at the waist. And bend over until your torso is parallel to the ground. And then straighten right back up, hinging at the waist. And you don't even need to do it with weights. Basically it rejuvenate all the muscles in your legs and ass and just gets that body part working again

  2. No. Do I like massage. I had lower back pain in that spot. I got a massage and told the massage therapist. He told me that was all in my legs and he gave me an hour massage entirely on my legs. My back pain was gone.

  3. Sorry doc, I still don't get it where to rub in the cream. Can you redo the video but without the the pants and shirt obstructing the view. Pretty please? lol
