  1. Bracey/Zac/Emma or Danika you need a new host Mat is super awkward and it makes it an uncomfortable watch , you only have to look at the comments of people who think the same. I notice you've been deleting comments this is not North Korea.

  2. i think physical sport sum type of MEDICAL CANNABIS or MDMA or PSILYIOBIN for such things would b helpful its already used in australia i thnk was passed in july for medical use on patients with PTSD,DEPRESSION & ANXIETY was good 80% of people showed great effect to treatment

in moderation i knw is healthy

  3. Joey showing definite signs of CTE if he thinks any side from the 80s/early 90s could even compete with a team from today with their 80kg back rowers and the difference in fitness , size and strength alone. That's ridiculous. They were definitely tougher and heartier no doubt but the modern athletes would run rings around those blokes in their prime.

  4. I really think the NRL should make head gear compulsory! Why the f$!k are we still not wearing it?? Some players do but they don’t have to.. I can’t for the life of me understand it..
Start to make it normal for kids.. all the Panthers boys like To’o, Luai and the like embrace it and good on them.. the great Thurston.. Croaker to name a few.. let’s get real and get head gear for gods sake!!!

  5. The state athletic commissions that govern the UFC regularly hand out 6 month medical suspensions for athletes who get knocked out.

The NRL is still way behind the ball, considering they quite often allow players back within a few weeks. The science is out there, and the brain doesn’t know what sport it was knocked out in.

Very likely the NRL will run into a dilemma of becoming liable for brain injuries due to players returning before sufficient recovery, OR, they’ll start to run out of top players if they properly hand out medical suspensions.
