All of this is very interesting. I've fasted 12-16 hours a day while maintaining my diet for a year straight. Built a bunch of muscle mass. But how does going into autophagy affect muscle mass? Probably not good if you're going for aesthetics 🤔

i fast from sun up to sun down no water no juices no nothing . eat a healthy meal then let it process for an hour then start to drink water for the rest of the sun down till the sun up i repeat it over for a month . i lost a lot of weight enormous. never gained it back . my skin is clear no wrinkles no bad smell
