  1. Erika, where is this podcast based? The reason I ask is because I would like to get a job in podcasting, & I think your podcast would suit me well. But, I do have some physical limitations. Let me know.

  2. I am wondering, at the airport they sometime open up packages and damage the stuff if they think it's suspicious.

Do you know what happens after this? Do they just put it back damaged or is there a payment?

  3. It's finally been proven that smoking cigarettes and vaping increases your risk for Cognitive decline. Search Dr. Andrew Huberman and watch his videos on it.

  4. Intermittent fasting tends to get pushed as a weight loss tactic but it is tremendously helpful for me. I eat within a 7-8 hr window so my body can have a break and i feel a difference in how i react to the food i eat, how i feel hungry versus just eating because im bored or thirsty. You have a better connection with your body in my experience. It also lessens my need to just buy a bunch of stuff for different meals, i make two large meals twice a week and eat on that thru out. I don't feel we were built to just wake and eat, then eat until you go to sleep. It feels too much.

  5. Some unsolicited editing feedback from my personal & humble opinion. 8 mins in. Seems like a beneficial topic. However, the video is a little all over the place. Jumped in to talking about a type of diet that’s not labeled or explained, with very little info. Then to very briefly talking about how it works long term… Confusing. Now on to stressors and antioxidants without even knowing what this is all about. The title is 5 easy habits and I may or may not finish watching after these now 13mins in because it seems like it won’t be a good use of my time with all of this bouncing around and skimming with such partial info.

  6. I learned at an early age from my mom to read any documents throughly. With moms health being horrible. I've been reading and signing any paperwork that mom receives in the mail, legally of course I'm her power of attorney and living will. Recently in the last few months her food stamps had stop making us have to use her barely $610 for food. She got a letter from ebt saying she was charged for fraud for selling foods. She then gets a big packet of all than said transaction. And before mom got really sick and still drive every month on 1st she would go and fill two carts. Sometimes it be close to closing time so logical, we'd use two different terminals to check out quicker. Literally all those transactions is just her Using food stamps to buy more than a months worth of food
