  1. The capsules it's in it can be kinda harsh on your stomach you can mix it into a tea if you like. I've been taking it for a while I love it but the capsulated part of it is hard to digest for some 🧡 Keeps my ADHD at bay if you haven't tried it. I highly recommend giving this a try.

  2. If you want to reduce your anxiety level naturally, delete tiktok and all your other social media accounts. They are making you stupider and more anxious whilst advertising shit you don't need

  3. Lmfao EVERYONE FREAK OUT SOMETHING THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR TO OBTAIN A PRESCRIPTION FOR WITH 17 AND A HALF SIDE EFFECTS MIGHT ACTUALLY HELP YOU! TRUST THE FDA NOT MOTHER EARTH lol such bullcrap news. The fear machine at work AGAIN

  4. Its always a good idea to know what drugs you are taking… Even FDA approved drugs have a ton of serious side effects.

  5. How do you know if it really works or if it's placebo? I've read that many feel better after taking it, but in many cases it's hard to say for sure if it was thanks to the ashwagandha itself. I really hope it works as well as people say though!

  6. I had no idea this was/is a TikTok trend. I started taking it due to finding it at a dollar tree. It's actually a popular brand sold at Walmart. And it happened to be at the dollar store. But I have mental health issues and lots of stress. One major issue is anxiety and panic attacks. I've been taking Ashwagandha for 4 or so months. It's helped me better than any psych meds. I mean as far as being calmer, no bad side effects, better sleep habits. And I don't feel so groggy and crappy when I wake up. I'm also on medication, that causes a variety of bad side effects. So this really seems to be helpful. As with any medication, whether it's herbal or synthetic, not everything will work the same for everyone entirely. Every person is different. And what works for one person, might not be what works for another. But it definitely helped a lot of others like myself 😊

  7. I was taking this for like two weeks and then I stopped. Smh worst feeling ever smh. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone if you not dealing with depression or anxiety. If you're perfectly fine then stay away from this because it will drag you down to that depressed no feelings dark hole.

  8. Well, reading most of these comments seems to show a positive light. I am not against pharmaceuticals at all – but doctors are quick to medicate people on their drugs for depression which can have enormous side effects. When I was younger, a dr tried to put me on such medication during a woman's period, moods can fluctuate, and all I needed was good old vitamin B (B12), which worked for me. Had I listened to that dr, I probably would have been addicted to their drug. Today, be your own Dr; as I always say, doctors are not God – you be in charge of your own health, listen and make your own informed decision – one of the most important things you can do in your life is to enjoy life, show gratitude be kind and limit all the bad stuff, you will thank yourself when you get older. Sending positive energy to all those struggling or in pain know you will get better.

  9. HPV is not a good virus he/she should be living with, thanks to DR ALAHO OLU on YouTube Channel who helped me eradicated the virus with his Herbal mixture🌿, he cures HSV 1&2, ALS, HIV, FIBROID, MS………….

  10. I've suffered with anxiety all of my adult life. Ashwagandha helps me sleep better and stress less. It basically feels like it regulates my emotions that most of the time are extremely negative. I've been taking it for a year now, with some breaks to cycle it, and I absolutely love it.

  11. I have taken it on and off for a year, it has an extremely subtle affect for me, just makes me slightly calmer like drinking half a beer

  12. Seems some people overuse it. I can take aspirin, and someone I know can't. They're just trying to remove something that works. Doesn't marijuana calm you? Why not do a story on people who have negative effects on marijuana?

  13. I know a fair amount about drugs and I'll tell you this. This is exactly like Kratom but instead of Opioid like effects it acts like a Benzodiazepine. Like Xanax. Relieving stress and anxiety

  14. Many of these news companies are in cahoots with the pharmacy companies in one way or another, politically or financially.. of course they're going to spread the (mis)information about something herbal being dangerous or non-beneficial…. It only takes one person or maybe even one person assuming that it's done something to them for them to jump on the bandwagon and or the DEA to cut it… just like they tried to do to the plant kratom that's known to help people get off of heroin and hard drugs…..big gov and big pharma lost that battle fast.

  15. If any herbal supplement makes national news because of a affirmative edification feedback by the users, you can count on government organizations like the FDA pushing some kind of would-be cautionary message by way of the media as a method to slow down the popular Buzz of the supplement because it actually is a counter alternative to the pharmaceutical drugs that are actually sponsored and regulated by the FDA.

It is always said that you need to consult your doctor before you take certain supplements but in reality certain medical doctors do not go to school to study holistic medicine in conjunction with regular medicine. And they are some doctors that are familiar with holistic herbs but they are not in the business to recommend natural alternatives.

If herbs like ashwagandha were not a threat to the bottom line establishment, you would never see a peep of this on any network.
