  1. Helen you look so good. I could tell you were tired but your skin is so beautiful and you look so youthful. You always eat healthy but I see a difference in your appearance. I'm not talking about weight loss. Keep it up Helen. I must have missed something because I can't figure out why your putting that fruit in jars. Does it make the fruit last longer? Anyway I love you videos ❤️

  3. I totally agree Helen. I've been following you and eating mostly veggies and no meat. Well my raggedy tail messed up all last week and I feel like crap. Bloated and sluggish, just yuck. Gotts to do better ! I really feel bad no energy at all.

  4. Fantastic video! I could certainly use that watermelon juice today! I’m back from my travels and spent most of the day assessing garden damage and trying to rehab my fruit tree babies! And, everyone made it! Not one casualty. 🤗 Resuscitation was necessary for a few but overall, 👍🏾. I love a veggie wrap! I’m right behind you. Going to start gathering necessities for more raw eating. I don’t eat very much meat, as it is. I’m ready for the next step! Thanks for always bringing it and inspiring change! Blessings. 💜

  6. I love your videos. Have you heard about the Namaj2 juicer? It will cut down on time when juicing. I love it. You are motivating me. I will start with juicing and protein shakes starting tomorrow and a salad for the next two weeks. Pray for me😊

  9. I’m curious as to what is your raw food budget for just yourself? I’m 62 and vegan for 7 years. In just started my raw food journey 2 months ago. I make banana my staple. But I cannot afford big hauls because the food will spoil before I can eat it. So I basically have smoothies made with bananas and then fresh fruit (apples, oranges, watermelon) during the weekdays. On the weekends, I’ll have mock tuna, etc. made with sunflower seeds or sprouted chickpeas. Or make hummus. I purchase veggies to go along with those recipes and avoid bread. I was eating bread (making sandwiches) but that is a no-no for weight loss. I’m trying to keep it simple right now because I don’t want to get food and then throw it away because it spoiled.

    I have a question. Are you less thirsty since you've been juicing and having smoothies? I'm not as thirsty . That's one of the differences I've noticed. Great video. 😊
