  1. The work at the end is also something I learned for low back and hip pain, the kind where it feels like you constantly need to stretch it but there is no relief. Do some light bodyweight exercises including leg raises and side planks/clamshells to get some bloodflow into the muscles, 5-10 minutes every night before bed. The repetitive pain slowly fades away.
