Then grab a glass, heap spoon of turmeric, pinch of nutmeg, cumin, cayenne pepper, black seed, 2 or 3 cloves broken, add extra virgin olive oil out the bottle – 2 table spoon equivalent, squeeze in half a lemon, mix, throat it wash down with water, then down the garlic – same again, water, then ginger.i make a bitty smoothy so have a sip of that to give all that good stuff a bed in the stomach. Sets me up for the day. It will make you go to the loo but works wonders!
its been 5 years since im eating raw garlic everyday. I chop 2 to 3 cloves into a very small pieces and put it into the spoon and drink it with warm water. Warm water can eliminate the odor of garlic in your mouth. Fart is smell garlic and sometimes when sweating also. But its better than being sick. I always get sick before since i was a kid, everymonth have cough and fever but now Thanks to God, 5 yrs without flu. ❤ i love garlic ❤
