  1. I had really bad sleep apnea in 2020 and I had no clue why it got so bad. I took melatonin but it made my sleep even worse! It wasn’t until I got my bloodwork done and found out I was dangerously low in magnesium! At the time I had no idea me taking magnesium would significantly help my sleep I just followed the doctors orders. It wasn’t until my sleep improved that I realized there was a connection! 😅 now I take it daily right before bed.

  2. I read, 10 years ago, about the magnesium deficiency in the soil from industrial farming practices. I’ve been taking magnesium citrate – 5 or 6 times a week – since about 2014. I noticed that I felt better all around within weeks.

  3. If anyone can answer this question, please: How many mg of magnesium can a person safely take? I don't want the answer most doctors would give (between 300-750 mg, etc).

For example: I know that most doctors will NOT tell you it's okay to take thousands of IU of vitamin D, even though it is true. So, I know there must be much higher amounts of Magnesium that one can take. Can anyone tell me how much?

    I suffer with the following:
    Rheumatoid arthritis
    Chronic back pain
    Severe sleep apnea
    Severe insomnia
    Peri-menopause
    Depression
    Anxiety

As well as other issues. I would be grateful for any information.

  4. I used magnesium citrate (only 200-400 mg daily) on and off around the year for fatigue but for some reason i get really hyperactive dreams on it which in turn makes me wake up with even less energy throughout the day. When i look on the internet theres no side effects for magnesium anywhere. Anyone else have this problem? I'm using it with benfotiamine and TTFD (B1) at the moment because without the magnesium i seem to get dizzy now and then from the B1.

  5. Magnesium is also one of the only supplements that can pass through the blood brain barrier to improve mental acquity, reduce neurodegenerative diseases or disorders, and detoxify heavy metals or chemicals that were transported to the brain through the blood.

  6. Great video, Dr. Berg

I ordered your magnesium and use it. I use many of your supplements, all excellent by the way.

I had some bloodwork done recently. My doctor told me my vitamin D was too high, and my B12 was too high…
I am 57. I just thought that sounded strange.

Instructed me to take less vitamin D… As I am out in the sun most days as we live on a Ranch
