  1. Poor you!😒
I know the pain you're going through Matt.
Have L5 and S1 discs blown out.
Very sensitive and have to be very careful πŸŽ‰what I can do or else just like your weekend πŸ˜’
Good luck Matt! hope you get the pain under control!!

  2. Matthew, my wife and I love your utube videos. Your real & obviously have a big heart. God bless u Matt & your young daughter, friends & family ❀

  3. @VanlifePLUS …
I just came back to add to my comment about your intro and outro…
I mentioned the quality of the music, (even through its 'just royalty free stuff'), and its suitability for setting a positive mood/atmosphere…
But I didn't comment on the actual editing…
Not sure how many people know just how long some editing tasks can be, even something as simple as putting a chunk of music to a few clips of some driving in beautiful scenery.
The timing of your jumps in scenery to the changing feel of the music takes time, and PATIENCE, to get it just right.
    You NAILED IT…πŸ‘πŸΌ
If I had to pick one thing to critique, it would only be to say that I half expected to see 4 of those double jumps(in the first part of the outro), rather than just the one, when the music added the double bass beat with the lead added.
(But that didn't at all detract from anything.πŸ€”)
    Quality Content!!!βœŒπŸΌπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

  4. Sorry you were feeling so bad, Matthew. Can you get mentholated Thc/CBD cream in Canada? I swear by the stuff here in the States. Also, I know you feel better in the hammock and sling chair, but it is probably the worse thing you can do for your back. You need support! And, a high top van 😊. I hope that poor skinny dog found her way to a rescue or someone who fell in love with her. She looked to be an English Cream Retriever. Hoping your back is feeling better soon and thanks for the tremendous effort. πŸ€•β›‘οΈπŸΆπŸ˜Ί

  5. Sorry to see you In some much pain Matt. I hope you are feeling better…. But the pain is worth it when you can spend time with your child when they are young… Penny looked like she was was having a great nap…

  6. I can relate to the chipmunk fiasco. My two previous cats used to go out on leashes. They were out on the front steps, and my front door was open so they could come in if they wanted to. One of them caught a chipmunk, let it go inside the house, and ran back outside πŸ˜‚. I brought the cats back in, but they ran back out and left me to deal with the chipmunk. Luckily it ran into a cat carrier and I was able to close the door and escort it to a wooded area not too far away.

  7. I watched a video by Barbara O’Neill, Naturapath, on Home Remedies. She had some great ideas for pain management. Maybe check it out and get possible relief until you can have surgery. So sorry you’re going through this. Keep up the great vlogs, love your channel.

  9. I hate seeing you in so much pain. That surgery can’t come soon enough. It’s great to know there’s a solution and the end of the pain is in sight. Wishing you all the best as always.

  10. Love that doggy. Looks to be a maeramma sheepdog or great Pyrenees. Too bad you could have kept him😊 hopefully that doggy isn't lost and looking for its owner 😒

  11. Wonderful seeing B, Lindsey, Amber & Penny.
Such a beautuliful and healing place it appears to be. I hope you are feeling much better. πŸ™
    Brooklyn parroting you…priceless πŸ˜‚πŸ˜Š

  12. Ooooh ouch ouch ouch Matthew!! Yeah falling out of the hammock wasn't the best thing to happen, backs no like. A great video despite all the pain, really hope that it settles down soon.

  13. I dont know what kind of treatment you follow for that pain but if it is the same I have (the root of the ciatic nerv is being pinch on the lower back) I treated as follows: 1 ibuprofen, 4 hours later 1 paracetamol and so on for 3 or 4 days. Full rest, the less you move the better and also if you have a hot cushion on your low back, even better. It is an awful pain and it takes time to vanish. Good luck Matt! I home you find a solution.

  14. Different condition but I've had SEVERE bouts of back pain from stenosis. Inversion (hanging upside down) really helped. Worst bout was while out on a camping trip down forest roads with friends. Immobilized all weekend. On the ride out I hung on to/suspended myself from the interior roof mounted passenger handle as the truck lurched over miles of ruts and stumps. Weep. We got out onto the highway and pulled into a gas station. I mentally prepared myself for an excruciating trip to the rest room. I lowered myself soooo carefully out of the truck ?????????!!!!!!!!! Cured! The intense pain was gone. Took a few days for my back to straigten out as the nerve recovered from being pinched.

  15. Always the film maker, getting those chipmunk shots, even in horrible pain! Did the CBD oil help any? That dog sure looked like a stray, so skinny and filthy. So sad cause she seemsd like a nice dog. I loved the driving music on this one. Funny, at the end, tgat woman seemed to be walking in time with the music! πŸ˜‚

  16. Was hoping Amber put the chipmunk into the cat tent to keep Penny company! Wld be fun to see how Penny reacts to her new playmate 🀣

  17. There a natural.priduct called Krantom. Its a green powder comes in different strengths. It's a natural opioid, works just like one but it's natural herb. And usually found in shops selling rolling papers etc.
Anyhow it's something to have on hand in times like you've encountered. Taste horrid but works fantastic.
I can relate to your agoney.

  18. You are parked about 1/2 hour away from my gold claim. Norbury lake is one of the best campgrounds in BC. It has a long stay policy. If you book ahead to have the campsite for one month you only pay something like $7.00 a night. It is great for families who dont want to have to pay for expensive sites. You will pay as much for a regular campground for one weeks stay. There is half a dozen of these kinds of campgrounds in BC. I have paid for the whole month and only used it half the time, that is why you will see campsites with trailers there but no one around. It is still cheaper to do it that way then pay for each night stayed. On the government website it lists the campgrounds with the long stay policy. As soon as you turned off highway 3 to go north I recognised the road to my claim. I will be heading out there in another month when the mosquito and wasps are gone…lol

  19. I’m glad that Brooklyn was able to see the chipmunk. They’re fun to watch, just not in the tent. Feel better Matthew! ❀️❀️❀️❀️

  20. Praying your back pain gets better Matthew ! Brooklyn making me laugh just like Dad LOL! Amber and Lindsey great helping you along. You're a great Dad Matthew!! That camping trip through the pain UGH!! Feel Better !! Question, did your back feel better when you were in the lake??

  21. I’m so sorry πŸ˜…but when you fell off the hammock πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… so funny. Matthew you are a hoot!!! I needed that laugh
