It's not the same thing actually. Not only are these mostly CBD whilst that gram is gonna most likely be mostly THC. And while the cigarettes do have THC in them, it's 0.3% while that $20 gram is probably anywhere between 10-20% THC. THC is what people pay money for.
I tried Hemp cigarettes out of curiosity and it really didn’t do anything for me. For that, I’ll just smoke regular cigarettes, at least I get some satisfaction out of that. I’ll be sticking to actual weed from now on.
