Over 1/4 of Egyptian people live in slums and massive poverty. This city is for the rich to stay away from them. The infrastructure is car centric. It has super inefficient high buildings that require cooling and park 6x the size of Central Park that requires TONS of water, all in the middle of a dessert. There's nothing to congratulate. It's just yet another idiotic dictator baked "city" just like New Cairo was.
Any country that replaced Capital ends up the serious economical disaster that country become begger. For example, Brazil, Pakistan, and now Missr. This is the beginning of the end of Missr. New capital ate Brazil, Pakistan and now Egypt will face the same problem.
I really hope they make a LOT of timelapse of that city being build.
