So they are illigal immigrants with illigal shacks inside an illigallly occupied building probably doing illigal things for money. There was no other outcome other than disaster.
Health and safety standards are not just there for fun..
This is such a terrible tragedy, one of the worst disasters of the last hundred years. Such a tragedy. I only hope the city can resolve to permanently address the root causes here and our civil servants can serve the citizens with dignity.
