  1. Because of this pointless referendum, everyone found out that there's already enough voice in the parliament with 11 Aboriginal senators representing the indigenous community on top of the $40 billion funding annually that no one could explain where's it's really going. Time for an audit.

  2. I got more tan after the vote, not to mention about dehydration.with all the money used to in the campaign, maybe they should use some of it to get us to vote online.

  3. Isn't it a convenient coincidence that this same type of misadministration happens whenever and wherever liberals are at risk of losing? This has certainly become commonplace all over America in areas where progressives' grip on power is threatened.

  4. I joined a long que waiting to vote in suburban Brisbane. It was a quiet orderly good natured crowd. I was disappointed with a couple of young return officers who had trouble with their alphabetical skills looking up my surname and I wasn't the only one. Sad!

  5. The stupid girl at the voting place didn't sign the right hand side of my voting slip or my sons voting slip which would of made our voting slip invalid, lucky I picked it up and complained to the head of the voting place. She was wearing a mask so I guess the lack of oxygen to her brain made it impossible for her to think straight, we bough voted NO

  6. Why wasn't the Head of The AEC Questioned on the Lack of Authorized Polling Booths before .. Today ? He's Ineptitude on this Referendum should be Stood Down or to Quote Donald Trump" You're Fired"

  7. So why in this day and age why cant you vote online.
If you pay a bill online with your bank you get a receipt number which can be traced.
AEC is running an antiquated system with pencils.
You have to ask yourself WHY?

  8. Took me about 20 minutes from my car back to my car to vote and everyone was polite.
Now about the mega millions spent on this referendum. It would have done a lot of good for the Aboriginals or the poor. Maybe we stop sending government money to Palestine as we know it goes to Hamas, it could help our own people.

  9. Why is no one talking about the people that were here before the aboriginals? The smaller versions that were killed of by the current aboriginals. There are a few documentaries sponsored by credible groups claiming this. Silence.

  10. Centurion Transport claims to care about indigenous issues but Rio Tinto blew up an aboriginal sacred site called Juukan Gorge and Centurion still does business with them. That shows me how much indigenous issues really matter.

  11. Shame on Elbow and the shallow virtual signaling posers for dividing the country over his grubby nonsensible government driven voice (ATSIC mark 2) How can 24 non elected officials purportedly represent ATSI people any better than 11 constitutionally elected current members of parliament. They cannot. Listen to Jacinta Price and Warren Mundine. They provide the real voice we need. No division. Just common sense.
