  1. Cannabutter (wax):

    Decarb wax at 240’F for 35 mins. Melt decarbed wax into butter. Chill butter to solidify.

    Cannabutter (bud):

    4 tbsp butter

    ½ c water

    Decarb weed at 240’F for 35 mins. Melt butter and water on low heat until temperature is steady around 185-200’F. Add in weed and infuse for 2.5 – 3 hrs. Strain out weed and chill to solidify.

    Cheese Stars:

    ¾ c flour

    5 oz sharp cheddar cheese

    ¼ c cannabutter (softened)

    ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

    ½ tsp salt

    1 ½ tbsp half & half

    1. Put flour, cheese, butter, red pepper, and salt into a food processor and pulse until a coarse crumble forms.

    2. Add in half & half and pulse until a dough forms.

    3. Transfer onto floured surface and roll out to ⅛ in thickness.

    4. Cut out stars using 1in cookie cutter. Collect and re-roll dough and continue cutting out stars until all dough is used.

    5. Bake at 350F for 20 mins or until lightly browned on edges.
