And the government has a list of all the pot smokers that signed up of their medical marijuana card and those that buy from the legal pot stores. All government has to do is change the title of the list to banned from owning guns list. All the legal gun owners who are registered smokers will become overnight felons.
MA supreme court struck this style law down when MA legalized marijuana. The justices said marijuana cant be legal and illegal at the same time. Only a felony or equivalent punishment can make you a prohibited person. So no crime no punishment.
We need to ban politicians making these laws from using oxygen. Their hot air is causing climate change.

well fire arms are over rated any ways. co2 or pre charge air rifles and simular projectile throwers are far worse . as they are very silent and can put a 1/2 hardened machine grade ball bear through a so can bullet resisant vest.
