Some other people have commented about this but do you have a mushroom gravy recipe? I think you mentioned you would include it in a holiday video but I cannot find it. I also checked your webpage and can't find one either. I would love to make some for the upcoming holiday. If you did put it in a video already I would love to know which one. Also I tried your pesto recipe…..it was delicious! My first experience with pesto and I'm already thinking about making it again. WOW! I'd also like to say I think it's amazing you actually usually respond to comments. Thank you so much for taking the time to do that and share your wonderful recipes with us.

Please look into the work of Dr. Dennis Burkitt. This Doctor worked in Africa who observed when the natives ate unrefined grains experienced NONE of our western diseases. Only when a native African became educated and exposed to western diet did they get sickness of the west societies !!!! The whole grain breads and flours in our grocery stores our adulterated. The food industry has removed wheat germ oil rich in vitamin E and taken out 24 vitamin and minerals returning only 4 back calling our their bread enriched!!’

I grew up in a log cabin in the woods and I learned a lot of useful skills including how to make a good pot of coffee😊 I’m forever grateful for my childhood and the beautiful memories ❤
