  1. What of children who refuse to eat any type of meat, will only eat white rice and minimal carbs and certain fruits despite numerous attempts to get them to eat vegetables and proteins that are beneficial? How does this affect the cardiovascular system and all other systems of a 6 year old?

  2. @ 58 minutes of the video: who are we going to trust? Surely not the American Heart association nor the Cancer Assoc. bc they receive billions of $$ in donations from the toxic food industry, cattle, giant pharmaceutical companies etc. to promote false information to keep us sick. I trust science, biology and those who truly care about studying nutrition without any greedy bias nor altering motive. Your expert panel are paid pimps to promote poison food consumerism.

  3. There’s no way 85% of people that go vegan revert to eating animal meat. Those were never real vegans. I stopped eating meat 2 decades ago. My parents always forced me to eat meat, chicken, fish, even liver! because my old fashion dad thought we needed it to not get anemia. Once I stopped eating meat in my 20’s sometimes i had a craving and when I went to eat chicken i almost threw up. My body is so used to eating clean, fresh veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds and sometimes I eat fish, maybe once a month or longer. Eating animals is not only detrimental to one’s health but inmoral and cruel by destroying the planet (ourselves) and promoting animal torture. I would never date anyone who eats meat! is GROSS.

I have friends and family members who are dealing with thyroid issues, autoimmune disorders, high blood pressure, heart issues, cancer scares, etc but, when I even broach the topic of food choices, I get no bitters. It’s sad but I now say absolutely nothing. I was able to lower my blood pressure and cool down my chronic pain. I’ve lost close to 50 lbs. I no longer take any medication, have more energy, and as of this morning, my bp was 105/64. Thank you all for being such positive catalysts for change!

  6. I was Vegan, organic and keto for 20 years. Following atypical appendectomy, experienced fluid retention with Norvasc. Labs indicated low albumin levels. Providers recommended chicken, fish and or egg white inclusion. Albumin levels normalized with 1 of fore-mentioned protein sources. Is there any way to elevate albumin levels and remain Vegan? Thank you.
