  1. After being vegan, then carnivore, then vegan, then carnivore, I can honestly say that Vegan is a thing about ethics, but nothing about health. Meat is the most nutritious thing you could eat. ALL the vegans eat process food (tofu for example is ultra processed and bad for hormones despite everything you could think), beans and all the legumes are very hard on the digestives system : you can soak them, but they have phytic acid, hard to digest. When you eat a piece of meat, your stomach is all good. We like 300g of lentils and see the difference. I've done everything and unfortunately it didn't worked after 3 years being vegan. I tested 2 times after that : same problem, digestion was a mess, bloating with all the fibers, phytic acid and so on. And no, soy is not good for you period.

  2. Vancouver looks like a beautiful place to visit! My wife and I were never there! Weā€™ve been Niagara many times! I would definitely do that jump off that cliff! That looks like a such rush!

  3. I just turned 55 . I did the keto thing years ago! But now I have 29% clogged arteries! I want to be slim and get lean! I actually gave up fried foodā€™ soda ! And salmon. Iā€™ve been eating eggs for years.

  4. I want you to know Derek how much I appreciate you sharing your amazing work on helping us with plant based ! Iā€™am just starting out figuring out what to eat! I just started! Iā€™ll make either oatmeal with blueberries ā€˜ cinnamonā€™ walnutsā€™ sugar free syrup. Somedayā€™s bran Quaker serial! Iā€™m struggling so far how to order vegan in restaurants? I go walking up to 5 miles while fasting! Then lift weights . I want that skim lean look! I need all the help! Thank you šŸ™ !

  6. Love the recipe ideas! Iā€™ve been back and forth on a vegan diet ad I am trying to keep lean muscle! (60 yr old woman) The higher protein recipes really keep me inspired!

  7. Awesome video! Do you happen to remember the approximate time stamps of each meal? Like how many hours were in between and also more specifically about how long after that dinner did you go to sleep? Would like to know just to compare it to my schedule of eating which I think could use a bit of work
