Marijuana is very addictive and definitely a gateway drug and obstructed my learning. It harm my life a lot. Now I have Jesus! And He alone healed and delivered me from this addiction and other addiction too.
Respectfully, this "doctor" is very wrong in what he is saying, in my opinion. I have been utilizing cannabis for 40 (I am 55 now) years…still going strong! Thank You, Father, for creating such an amazing medicine for so many, as well as it being able to even be used in countless products without the need of any man-made harmful chemicals added ❤🙏 Don't assume people die from "Marijuana", or anything else for that matter. I love how this ignores the findings of tens of thousands of medical doctors who have recognized the medicinal benefits of a natural occurring herbal plant. Since God gave us "every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth" (Genesis 1:29) perhaps he should be slower to criticize the work of God and the medicinal plant He Himself has provided. The irony is, these men have no problem recommending the man-made pharmaceuticals destroying our society.
First off,1) I don’t use weed, pot ect, however I 💯 % stand by it bc it’s medication 2) it helps with depression, anxiety, seizures, n a whole bunch of stuff 3) there’s nothing n I mean absolutely nothing wrong with people smoking weed!!!! I can’t handle smoking it, but I do however take Xanax twice a day,!!! My husband smokes medical!!! N if it weren’t for him smoking, bc he’s also Bipolar, Ptsd, back problems n a lot more, he can b n the middle of a bad mood swing, n take a few hits n he instantly starts smiling n his body stops hurting as bad, I say this bc it is ridiculous to say that weed, pot causes all that stuff!!! Besides medication has so many bad side effects that the medication makes u have to b put on more n more pills, which I’m on now half my meds say weight loss n some say weight gain so smh 🤦🏻♀️ either way just my firm opinion thanks 😊 for reading 👍🏼

i think the dr has it backwards. mj doesnt make u anxious; anxious people use it to feel calmer. i never saw it do anybody any harm. the dr has no medical proof for his anecdotal accounts. that being said, if someone reacts badly to mj i suspect some other substance has been added to it, which is fairly common these days.

This conversation is completely one-sided. Like with ANY medicine, there can be good and bad effects, depending on the individual.. Also, dosage is important. If I give you an aspirin, no problem…..if I give you a whole bottle to take, BIG problem. On top of that, there is the strength of THC in any given strain that needs to be considered. I have been using, NOT ABUSING cannabis for 40 years now, and some of the new cultivars are just too strong for me and yes, give me anxiety. But when I use lower THC strains, there is no anxiety. This conversation took NONE of this into account. Cannabis has honestly saved my life more than once. But Christians just cannot help themselves but to make people who use cannabis to feel guilty. I prayed to God over and over on this issue because of other Christians. God told me that it was OK for me to use, and that the way that I use it is fine; He also said that it is not for everyone. I have seen a few people who should not partake, but overwhelmingly, most people I know who use cannabis do not suffer from anxiety, heart issues and they all work full-time jobs, pay the bills and many are good God-fearing folk. I do know one person who has schizophrenia in his family and was told not to use Cannabis as he may develop it. He ignored it and did Cannabis and developed schizophrenia, but it was already in his family. The issue, as noted, is lvl of THC… So, having said this. There are prescribed medications that mess up people almost equally, if not worst, and have been proven to cause mental illness and suicide.
