Ima a Navy Veteran… put myself on the line for this country overseas but can’t smoke legally in my home state … I didn’t survived to have my free will repressed
Legalize MARIJUANA AND THIS WONT BE AN ISSUE. WHERE I LIVE POLICE DONT CARE ABOUT POT. WHY BECAUSE THEY CANT TELL THE Difference in hemp flower and marijuana ….. WITH AN ATTORNEY , if someone was charged for CBD flower or THCA , an attorney will tear the courts apart. Facts. How do I know. I’m an attorney. :). PLUS ALL THE POLICE KNOW LEGALIZATION Is coming , AND MOST police HAVE LARGER ISSUES BEING UNDERSTAFFED THAN TO PICK ON SOMEONE SMOKING POT.
As much information there is on cannabis and people seem to still not get there information right and talk out there ass and this is why it wasn't leaglaized lomg ago because of idiots! Thca is not new it has always been on real weed it is just a "loophole" ask every dispensary around nc or anywhere they will say the same thing. All it is is a real plant is grown and is tested for thc levels early in flower if you know anything about cannabis you will know cannabis has tricomes and when harvesting you want full cloudy tricomes or 20% amber tricomes with the rest being cloudy. For "thca" its tested early when tricomes are not fully ripe why its considered "low thc %" but plant continues to grow so will the tricomes. so that 8% thc is more like 16% or more like real cannabis. Some also grow in colder temperature to slow the growth even more just to test for "low thc".Thca is just a trial to see if they want to legalize it in nc or not and what do you think the government is watching sales, taxes, income etc and how it effects the economy it will soon be legal in nc watch. Its also safer to consume then buying off the street but prices are high.
I'm really sure missouri's legal weed is basically the same thing I'm really sure of it they just got a product recall recently and they found out the product they where selling was hemp with the THC-a that's not real weed but almost feels like it…
With a growing marjory of Americans engaging in recreational marijuana use, it is a violation of our civil rights that such a safe and harmless substance remains illegal. There seems to be a prejudice against individuals who enjoy marijuana, which is unfounded. It is quite absurd that marijuana continues to be prohibited without valid reasons.
Marijuana has been deemed physiologically safe and non-addictive, with its use dating back to ancient times. Yet, within our own republic, individuals are subjected to violence, persecution, and imprisonment over something as benevolent as marijuana.
The laws were set in place by the fear of meth, crack, and cocaine which was sold in food products like Coca-Cola. These laws were set in place out of good intentions for the public, but they were set in place with ignorance to other substances. The drugs were scheduled without any research, now that research is here nothing has changed despite the public crying out to the people who say they represent us. The people on the streets are frustrated with the government to the point they want to give up and join gangs sconce marijuanas illegal with no logical explanation.
Many citizens believe that politicians prioritize incarcerating them rather than protecting their rights. Consequently, a growing number of people are becoming disillusioned with politics and law enforcement. I firmly believe this perception is inaccurate, which is why I have faith in you to address this issue. This is why the “internet” speaks of defunding the police. I know they’re trying to do their job, people are convinced policed are not here to serve and protect but to enforce martial law, which is rediculous.
Legalizing recreational cannabis will not only undermine the power and profitability of criminal gangs, but also lower the republics odd of funding of the illicit activities of gangs/mobs/dope dealers, who may even lace the cannabis with something addictive like a synthetic cannabinoid more similar to k1/bath salts.
Consequently, gang-related gun violence, particularly in schools, will decrease. Marijuana remains the most popular drug among minors due to its easy accessibility through gang networks, which can be addressed by regulated distribution.
One concern raised is that even with recreational legalization, marijuana traffickers may continue to operate. However, research shows that unregulated marijuana products often contain high levels of pesticides, which can have detrimental effects, especially on children. Unregulated marijuana poses risks to education as well, impeding the state's progress. Educating the public about these dangers, just as we did with alcohol, is vital. Few people consume alcohol from unknown sources, as there may be risks or harmful additives involved. Without the FDA insuring proper testing on thc product people might literally be consuming sulfuric acid.
I personally ask you to encourage people to teach each other of the risk of in FDA approved marijuana products because government-regulated cannabis ensures safer production, processing, and distribution, mitigating the risks associated with unregulated marijuana. Additionally, educating children about the dangers of using unregulated cannabis should serve as a deterrent against harmful substances, including pesticides, synthetic THC, and laced marijuana.
Moreover, regulating the substance would help prevent minors from accessing it, as ID verification would be required for entry into stores.
It is essential to recognize that the real gateway drugs are often prescription drugs, as they closely resemble more potent street drugs. These drugs should be kept within medical settings to minimize the risk of addiction and subsequent transition to substances like heroin, meth, or cocaine. Compared to prescription medication, meth, alcohol, tobacco, and even Benadryl, cannabis has proven to be a safer alternative. Cannabis can promote relaxation, love, laughter, and overall well-being, and it has shown potential in treating various conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, and severe nausea caused by cancer treatment.
Research indicates that marijuana has an extremely low toxicity level when compared to nicotine and alcohol products. Consequently, if marijuana were a viable alternative, more people might quit nicotine in favor of THC products, ultimately reducing cancer rates, provided the cannabis is grown with minimal pesticide use. Additionally, cannabis can promote better blood circulation due to its vasodilation properties.
Maintaining marijuana's illegal status does more harm than good to the public. There are thousands of individuals in our state and millions across the country who enjoy marijuana recreationally.
Also I just must add this last bit, though informal as it is the spiritual debate. The devil has used the prohibition of marijuana to divide the people agains the democratic republic that is this country. God told us to use all the plants for food, medicine, and buzzed when we evolved enough level of consciousness to experience and understand.
God made flowers. Man made Delta-8 extractions. Who do you trust? Legalization is a@@ backwards in NC. Stop it. Legalize cannabis flowers. Ban these delta-8 concoctions if you must make something illegal! Do it NOW!
People who are saying THCa is not as good as Colorado THC haven’t tried it. It’s exactly the same. I’m a longtime everyday smoker, and just tried THCa tonight for the first time, and it’s the same. No difference.

Leave it to our government to complicate the simplest task.
God made flowers. Man made Delta-8 extractions. Who do you trust? Legalization is a@@ backwards in NC. Stop it. Legalize cannabis flowers. Ban these delta-8 concoctions if you must make something illegal! Do it NOW!
Just legalize it already.
Enough with the diet buds…
(Cbd included)
Legalization is the only way.
The state will make money, and the customers will be happy.
Legalize marijuana
Tobacco should be illegal.
Marijuana is NOT medicine.
Let law enforcement grapple with it. We deserve to smoke weed if we want to
