  2. Homie that’s not smoking, nicotine is often used as a nootropic and has plenty of benefits as well! Obviously vaping isn’t optimal but I’m highly skeptical it would correlate to loosing any gains

  3. This is not necessarily true. A very active person that vapes and lifts in the gym and follows macros, will absolutely still see progress whether it’s weight loss or muscle gains. This video makes it seem like if you vape you will never get gains or anything. If you exercise then go home and play video games and vape in your room all day, obviously you’re not gonna get results. Too many variables to take into consideration when vaping and physical activity

  4. **Clarification**. Nicotine decreases fat storage and the muscles cellular regeneration, not testosterone. The opposite is nicotine inhibits estrogen release, so females become more manly looking. With men it simply just eats your muscles and also decreases the small amount of estrogen you have

  6. Okay so several studies have shown that just putr nicotine has no negative effects whatsoever on the human body infact it actually has many positive effects the problem is the delivery systems most people use are always so littered with garbage that's awful for you

  7. I don’t vape to look cool. I use it to not smoke cigarettes. It can give you a sinus infection. My BP and heart rate is in the healthy and I make great progress in gym. Drink more water.

I vaped since 2017 to around the end of this August and I wasn't really trying to quit my disposable just ran out of juice and I wanted to go back to the gym so I wanted to try the trend of ashwaganda and that made me loose my cravings for nicotine I've quit many times before but this time it was different for me in a good way

  9. May sound weird, but an easier way to quit is when you get a cold. It's kinda unpleasant to vape when you're sick, so it makes it easier to quit. Worked for me. After 5 or 6 days or no vaping, I knew I was done for sure.

  10. i’ve been vaping for 6 years (20y/o) i’ve quit for 3 days ( so far ) and i can’t sleep well but i feel better about my self . i went to the gym today and got the most MASSIVE TRICEP AND CHEST PUMP . i’m forever done with vaping here i come being shwole .
