Some of the farms are going to be family farms could follow family tradition and work on the field also. Parent already let their kids grow and smoke cannabis on their discretion
You should be first state to deschedule cannabis and treat as wholefood. No background checks on cannabis workers. Minors might let work on fields someday also. No background checks zero.
I would want to go to a dispensary while visiting a new state, not fair you can go to bars & liquor stores but I can't buy weed in your state yet? Lol f that it's 2023 I'll spend my $ in legal states only.
I remember my buddy asked me to make the drive to visit him, i replied " you guys don't have legal weed yet, no thanks, I'll visit when you guys legalize it, I'm not dealing with cops over weed in the year 2023"
Get the old thoughts on marijuana is healthy for some people know you want to get them to where they have to go to the doctors and get drugs and prescriptions. Then when the doctor stopped giving them their prescriptions because they don’t have insurance then they’re forced to the streets, so what the heck is wrong with marijuana?
It's already legalized in 32 states this is one issue that should be bipartisan where both party's agree on it's just ridiculous because as long as it's illegal gangs and and mexican cartels continue to make money off of it on the streets more in states like Indiana and alcohol has killed way more people!
The police opinions mean nothing to us

Young people avoid non legal weirdo outdated 1950s states and give their money to states in the 21st century.
The government brings it in anyway.

Who will be last Indiana or Texas?
I lived in California when they legalized it. After that you couldn’t walk down the street without breathing it. Not a good thing for families.

Democrats will use this issue to divide the vote in their favor.
We need to start with medical marijuana and then go from there
