Every dog that had vaccines died earlier than the dogs who were not fully vaccinated. They get rabies because I have to by law. The normal lifespan for my large K9’s without junk vaccines is 15-18 years. With junk vaccines they tend to live to be 8-9 years old. I prefer to keep my K9’s alive. My little terriers all lived to be in their 20’s.
My vet works for me. What I want or don’t want especially over vaccinations are my choice. If they aren’t up to today’s standards with homeopathic care then there GONZO. kibbles is shit as well
I feel sp far as talking about convential vets vs holistic vets that vets need to not be so hyper sensitive about the fact that we need to have benefits of homeopathic options in addition to commercialy vet practicrs especially when the drugs are causing more harm in sone cases than good You yourzelf did a video on the top 5 most toxic drugs fir dogs and my 16 yr old was recently on 3 of them and had been prescribrd without first verifuing her orgsns could tolerate them even after i was very vocal about my concerns for her 16 ur old previously healthy orgsns ( i had a cbs done within 12 months for a wellness check because WHY NOT if i hsd the money but at 16 they never co siderd her itchy skin could be from toxic overloaded orgsns and she ended up in ER for IV fluids for peeing almost pure blood until i took her off the apoquel So i just fired my vet because its the 2nd time they prescribed the wrong drugs anfit cost my ladt dog his life over an overdose of tranadol that caused the worst grand mal viplent seizures ive e er seen and he had never had a srizure disorder so if vets cant even discuss holistic options and can prescribe overkill dosrs of harmful toxic drugs thzt dont aleays help and can cause harm then WHY DO WE PAY VETS ? its insanr expensive for these drugs and they are not always safe for all dogs and without that CONCERSATION they become rxpushers not healers in my opinion its just very simple common sense to incorporate the vest of both worlds not strictly one or the other . But traditionL medicinr is all about the bottom dollR and you sir know yourself how rigid the powers that be are about theur bottom dollar and it is an incredibly vicious cycle at the expense of the vets reputation the pets health and the pet pare ts pocket book. So I had to poubt out my postion as im wauting for 1k in labs to find out how much damage the bravecto and apoquel just dod to my previously healthy dog
The Vet I have used for so many years won't work on my animals if they are not totally up on their vacs. I Feed my animals real food and supplements, and I can't adopt because I won't get all of the shots.
LOL! Well these are helpful, but in my experience many vets simply do not want clients to weigh in on their pet's care. I had a vet get very angry with me when I declined flea preventative and worm medication for my young dog without any reason to believe she was suffering with these parasites. (btw, the puppy had been given a round of Panacur just two weeks prior before I picked her up in Poland. In addition, I was happy to pay for a fecal test to make sure she didn't have a problem.) She countered with, "where did you go to vet school?" At which time I countered with, "I don't believe you need to go to vet school to use common sense." And then she called me a terrible, terrible person. LOL! One week later at a different vet office, I did bring in a fecal which showed that my dog was clear of all parasites. Vets, just like many medical professionals, can have glass egos when it comes to being treated like mere mortals in my experience. If you don't believe they're gods, they can get very testy.
I don’t vaccinate my dogs. We live in Texas and mosquitoes are very bad and heartworm disease is rampant here, so I do give them a dose of Ivermectin monthly. I trust that drug and even used it to cure myself of COVID. But I don’t use the things like Trifexis, Nextguard, etc. I think they include other ingredients. One of my dogs had to get post-exposure rabies shots about 5 years ago because of a skunk. It’s a series if 3 rabies vaccines a week apart. I hated having to do that and sure enough he’s had skin and ear allergies ever since. He was fine before that. We have been holistically detoxing and treating him for a long time and finally seeing relief. Don’t vaccine if you don’t have to.
I home cook for my dog. Turkey or chicken with vegetables and brown rice and stopped her vaccines in 2020. She's 9 and took to vet for a skin allergy to grass treatment they thought her to be 3-4 yrs old. ❤
😂 You are absolutely awesome I have told both of my kids about you and they are parents and pet parents too. I think we all have senior pets too. On the vaccine thing the rabies shot is a must because of how contagious it is so I do keep up on this one because my cat doesn't go outside, but people my family and friends do and I do to. Thanks again i don't know how to your book?
Number one mistake I made was telling my vet I feed raw. The amount of bias and bad diagnosis received after the fact was mind boggling because they blamed my dog’s problem on his food. Turns out he ate a paper towel and it was not bits of bone stuck in his stomach. 😂 Even after an x-ray this is what she said. Yeesh. Not sure how it’s possible for a dog to accumulate ground up bone bits in their stomach but she thought so. 🙄
I’ve followed you for a very long time and I personally believe you have saved my 3 pets lives at some point throughout their lives.
Currently I’m here because one of my dogs got in a dog fight and I don’t have the money to take her to the vet. Also I work in healthcare so I’m very comfortable treating wounds but with your help I’ve been able to treat her with things that arnt gonna harm her and I don’t worry when I catch her licking her wounds because I trust that what I’ve treated her with isn’t gonna be harmful thanks to your advice. So I wanted to just tell you how much I appreciate you.❤
I don’t give a crap how long you went to some clown college because an idiot is an idiot regardless of what a piece of paper says and BTW you don’t go to school for eight years for either medical or veterinary medicine practice you do four years in school and four years in residency. There are way too many morons in this day and age who get away with calling themselves doctors because the healthcare service has changed into more of a regime of oppression against the poor than anything in historical medicine has ever been.
MY EXPERIENCE THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS WITH VETS, HAS ME NOT GOING TO ANY. I TOOK MY 3 MO.OLD PUP TO GET A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH WHEN I WAS PURCHASING HIM. THE VET WANTED TO CASTRATE HIM THEN. WHAT? SECOND TIME WAS PUSHING ALL THE NEEDLES, NOT MY BABY. THIRD, I TOOK HIM IN DUE TO HIS LIMPING ON HIS FRONT LEG. VET PRODUCED AN X-RAY OF HIS ELBOW, STATING HE HAD A CRACK IN THE BALL JOINT, AND IT WOULD TAKE A 6,000 THOUSAND DOLLAR SURGERY TO FIX IT. WHAT? I REQUESTED A LEG SPLINT FOR HIM, HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY? MY LAB WAS TO BIG (NORMAL SIZE) WHAT? I BOUGHT ONE ONLINE AT AMAZON THAT WOULD SUPPORT HIS LEG AS HE WAS HOPPING WITHOUT PUTTING PRESSURE ON IT. I HAD ASSUMED HE ONLY STRAINED A LIGAMENT FROM JUMPING FOR HIS FRIZBIE WHEREIN I STOPPED EXERCISING HIM FOR A WHILE, BUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, HE WAS BACK TO WALKING ON IT AND RUNNING. POINT IS: I DON'T THINK THAT X-RAY WAS EVEN HIS, I DON'T BELIEVE HE EVER BROKE ANYTHING AND DID IN DEED HAVE A STAINED MUSCLE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, OTHERWISE I DON'T THINK HE'D HAVE HEALED ENOUGH TO WALK OR RUN ON IT IN SUCH A SHORT TIME. HE IS FINE, RUNS, JUMPS. I CAN ASSUME THEY LIED TO ME TO MAKE MONEY AND COULD HAVE CAUSED MY SERVICE DOG TO BECOME DISABLED HIMSELF. HAVE A GREAT DAY DR. AND THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT IS RIGHT, MORAL, JUST IN HAVING CONCERN FOR US PET PARENTS. TAKE CARE.
It is my firm belief that when a person adopts an animal, it's until they are called to cross by the Rainbow 🌈. Over nine years ago, I had to leave my home due to financial complications following a divorce, which resulted in a foreclosure. I was short on funds, and could not afford to purchase a smaller home, so any rental property I considered had to accept my dog. Very, very few landlords allow pets, and those that allow dogs, discriminate against larger breeds based just on size. My Yellow Labrador buddy was quiet, and not aggressive. Of course, when I would mention that when making inquiries, either by telephone or in person, it always sounded like a parent exaggerating about his child's virtues. Eventually, I had to accept the circumstances and buy a 70's vintage trailer in a mobile home community. My Sweet Dog had to be euthanized suffering from some type of cancer after 12 years of being with me. She was two when I adopted her. I have adopted another doggie since then, but I miss my Yellow Labrador Retriever terribly, but I know I stood by her as she stood by me with her loyalty and companionship.😢❤
Thanks, I saw you on the internet. Very interested in what you say. Is there anyway I can get copies of your stuff. There is so much to learn. Where can ppl get CBD for animals. Judy
Yeah, how much is a fair dog? I got bearded dragons for one it's like a $125. If they're sick, maybe a 150 couldn't Cleveland's special medicine for the little guys, squirt man squirt, d*** squirt, d*** squirt, there. Aaron's Courtney. I love the veterinarians, certain that you don't know how to do dragons, so it's like come on. Just a little reptile
I showed Borzoi and Saluki for 30 yrs. I have said just about everything you said not to say. After one of my Borzois bloated and needed ER tacking, I switched to the Billinghurst BARF diet. Yeah if I cant be honest with my vet then he wont be my vet. I once had 13 dogs , thats a lot of money to turn away a client with your frickin closed mind. My vets learned from me.
I'll tell you what, quack! If you can list one ingredient in ANY vaccine that isn't toxic/poison in it's own right then show the controlled, double blind studies (methodology included) that verify the crap you're spewing about ''safe and effective'' then maybe you have an argument for health via injection. You know, as well as anyone who has done more than 10min of research into the topic, that you (and every other medical professional) get a monetary kickback for pushing pharma products. The only ''medicine'' that actually does what's claimed (world wide) is antibiotics. Vaccine protocols for people as well as pets are designed to generate repeat ''customers''. Corporations, just like politicians, use the Hygalian Dielectic strategy to keep themselves in business. Problem, reaction, solution. The problem is created by injecting known toxic chemicals into otherwise healthy bodies to create a problem that can ''ONLY'' be solved by taking another pill or injection which (coincidentally, I'm sure) can ''ONLY'' be ''legally'' supplied and purchased through the same pharma co. that poisoned you/your pet in the first place. It's called a medical ''industry'' for a reason. I haven't even touched on the meds required to counter any side effects of meds already ingested! Until you can provide an appropriate response to change my mind on the topic, for the health and safety of my pets I will decline your offer to inject known toxic chemicals into my loved ones.
Trust me, folks. Vets are like most doctors… it's all about the money. They'll misinform and threaten and try to play on your sympathy. ANY VET that swears it's all about the animal and not the money is a straight up liar. Treat your dog well, give them lots of your time, don't feed them dog food, take them with you whenever possible, don't isolate them from you and your activities, and for God's sake don't trust a vet, except for a $12 rabies shot. The vet in this video looks like he has rabies, or maybe it's scabies…
My 13 yr old cat had all the vaccines and it didn’t help him. He died two weeks ago of cancer. I had a cat that never got vaccines and he lived for 20 yrs. I don’t believe in vaccines!
3 THINGS A REGULAR VETERINARIAN SHOULD NEVER SAY, THINK, OR SUGGEST TO A PET PARENT:
1) DON'T TELL A PET PARENT WHAT "NOT" TO TALK ABOUT WITH A VET…This is a sure-shot way of closing down the via of communication and trust. A pet parent should feel confident and comfortable discussing options for vaccines, treatments, diets, etc., etc., etc., with their Vet. period, point blank.
2) LISTEN TO A PET PARENT'S CONCERN AND REPLY WITH SOLID FACTS. OFFER ADVICE, AND BE OPEN TO WHAT A PET PARENT SAYS, IS THINKING, OR KNOWS ABOUT THEIR PET….. After all, who knows better about the pet other than the pet parent, who is the person who spends most of their time with the pet(s) in discussion. Some pet parents know best simply put "because this isn't their first rodeo" with their pet. Vets,…listen up, when a pet parent walks in saying something…just LISTEN.
3) SOME PET PARENTS SACRIFICE SO MUCH TO CARE FOR THEIR FURBABIES…OR SCALE-BABIES..IF A PERSON CAN'T PAY DUE TO FINANCES OFFER THEM OPTIONS. Nowadays there are cheap pet insurances that Vet offices can promote.to help cut costs down for pet parents' vet bills without hurting the practice. Offer payment plans, incentives, and bundles of more than one pet, that way you can ensure future visits from the pet parents and their pets.
Yup! My dog had a torn CCL. My vet pushed and pushed for surgery. We refused surgery and opted for custom made brace (which worked) . 10 days later we received a termination of care letter.
MONEY Vets want money. All the money all the time. It's all about money. If you have some money and you take your pet to the vet you can bet they will expect more money. The list of health management items/costs grows exponentially at each regular office visit. It's all about generating revenue. Taking more money………..
I find your channel to be the best that I have come across, I have shared this channel with many people. Could you do a show about dog pregnancy and how to look after the litter the proper way when they are born?
My biggest problem is, in order to get my cat spayed, it is required by every vet in my area to get both rabies and distemper vaccines. I'm conflicted, to say the least.
But your newest video said otherwise about vaccines so Im confused

So i just fired my vet because its the 2nd time they prescribed the wrong drugs anfit cost my ladt dog his life over an overdose of tranadol that caused the worst grand mal viplent seizures ive e er seen and he had never had a srizure disorder so if vets cant even discuss holistic options and can prescribe overkill dosrs of harmful toxic drugs thzt dont aleays help and can cause harm then WHY DO WE PAY VETS ? its insanr expensive for these drugs and they are not always safe for all dogs and without that CONCERSATION they become rxpushers not healers in my opinion its just very simple common sense to incorporate the vest of both worlds not strictly one or the other . vaccines are way safer for animals than people. Seems to me vets treat underlying causes, doctors treat symptoms.
The Vet I have used for so many years won't work on my animals if they are not totally up on their vacs. I Feed my animals real food and supplements, and I can't adopt because I won't get all of the shots.
Why I’d you mention Selene blue
All this is also practical advice that translates to our people doctors also!! Thanks again doc!! ❤

bull shit
Ever since he too the vax he wont stop licking his balls and i think it is contagious

The luckiest pets have owners that can't afford to go to the Vet.
You are so wrong about raw food and vaccines. You make money from overvacinations.

…erm,… I meant trails.. 😄 🥰😸🐶🐾🐾🐾♥
Folling your pet with vaccines every year is not for the animal. The vet profits by your willingness to go along blindly
Many vets will not see your dog if they are not up to date on their vaccines…
Yup! My dog had a torn CCL. My vet pushed and pushed for surgery. We refused surgery and opted for custom made brace (which worked) . 10 days later we received a termination of care letter.
I cannot believe anyone would ever ask to euthanize a healthy pet. My god.
I know someone that euthanized their 4 year old dog because she was pregnant and they didnt wanna deal with it.
I'm surprised a veterinarian agreed to do it
I should have watched this before visiting the vet with my dog. Too bad I said all of them. Now can you tell us what we should say to the vets.
MONEY Vets want money. All the money all the time. It's all about money. If you have some money and you take your pet to the vet you can bet they will expect more money.
