The entire small family farmer cannabis industry is collapsing from growers to processors. It used to be an excellent paying job with excellent people. Trimmers used to get paid 200-300lb finished product now it's hard pressed to find a farm that can pay you 50-100 per lb finished product. And there are people paying undocumented people far less. When $500 per lb is market price compared to 5,000+ legalization failed the family farms and the industry around it while empowering big agriculture & big money. Everyone wants to support themselves but some people just want to dominate and monopolize entire markets. Who are you supporting, what are you supporting, and what are their present and future mission statements. Everyone on that no cap hussle you never know who or what you are really supporting aside from hype and brand clout.
