They should just stop sending police to do these "welfare checks." They go into it with the wrong mindset. It's supposed to be a consensual encounter, but they treat it like a detainment.
You guys talk about officers doing wrong the root of the problem is nobody's teaching them the correct obedience according to the Constitution that's the problem
This is a problem the education when people become a member of the badge they're supposed to be taught about the the truth of the Constitution the only thing they are taught now is how to defend themselves which is fine because my father head blown off drug dealer and he retired from the because he had three children to look after why are they not constitutional to the sheriff office that my problem because they don't care
My father the sheriff county police officer and he taught me about the the Constitution in the laws that is in it why are these officers educated that's a big problem because the officers when my father what is a sheriff back in the day was called to uphold the the Constitution
"He goes to the big boy jail." After the only thing he did was talk back, which the cop instantly had to put him back into the car because his ego was bruised. The first cop literally was aggressive to start. He, in no way, belongs on the force. Didn't try to deescalate, after he was the only one escalating
Cops can basically use the exucse of smelling the odor of MJ at any traffic stop, even though it might not be true, just to unlawfully search a vehicle. Thats one f'd up law
If a citizen breaks the law, they pay a fine and spend time in jail. If the government breaks a law, you have to take them to court, they pay a fine (from your tax dollars), then nothing happens. Rinse and repeat.
Someone was recently in an accident in Tennessee, they were at a complete stop and got rammed by a tow truck and almost lost their life. The Tennessee Highway Patrol had the audacity to charge the person that got hit with "lack of exercising due care." Someone *at a complete stop behind another vehicle, who was at a stop sign. And the tow truck driver? Nothing mentioned at all.
Another person was questioned at a house party in Knoxville after calls of a noise complaint, and told an officer that he was sober when questioned. The officer took him towards the car and beat him unconscious in retaliation because of that. I'm also sure most people are aware about the lady who was dragged out of the Fort Sanders hospital and died of a heart attack because of the hospital admins.
A relative of mine was pulled over by a police officer in Northeast Tennessee because of a marker light that was out. He was instantly charged with a $160 ticket. A day later his white wife was pulled over for the same offense, but was only given a warning for the infraction.
I grew up with heavy racial discrimination since I was a child, and still encounter it on a daily basis when trying to get employment or entering romantic relationships. I only have two "real' friends is Tennessee, who are essentially people I occasionally talk to every 5 years. Everyone I have a social connection with comes from a different state or country.
No amount of moonshine, y'alls, curvy country girls and Dolly Parton strumming on a guitar will EVER fix these problems. Stop being power-tripping "we do what we want, sucks to be you!", and stop being racist and exclusive to people because they don't talk, act or eat the same food you do.
EDIT: East Ridge is near Chattanooga. You'll get ticketed $50 for beeping your horn due to a "noise ordinance."

Didn't see the beginning of the video so missed a bunch of stuff because of a fuckin commercial called a sponsor
WELL WELL WELL
The money needs to start coming out of the departments funds, not taxpayers
Instead of solving real crimes, cops simply go about creating real crimes.
I wonder where that ex cop is working now. I think we’re all emotionally invested.
You did correctly say "4/19/2022" but the text said "4/19/2023" at 17:13. Just fyi. Thanks for the upload.
sshut up
Earning the hate. P.o.s. cops all the way around.
I live in Texas and move here from Alabama, and this is the most hillbilly thing I've seen.
The smell doctrine needs to go. It’s crap all a cop has to say is I smell drugs. I can search without a warrant.
Corrupt cops need to be fired or jailed. If you cannot act morally or professionally, get out of being a cop already
Its crazy how the comments change depending on who the characters are.
You should do the arrest of tank davis, cops were trazh
Hey your finally showing back up in my feed.
So why don't you fight to change what does it mean to an officer of the law to backup the Constitution and why don't we do something
To hate a police officer to love a police

Because it's too confused everybody
Why don't we change the law what is required to to become an officer of law

“I thrived talking to him”
*correction, he tried to avoid a law suit for the department.
“Guess what, I didn’t find anything…”
Not even close to acceptable

Letting officers resign just means theyre going to do it again.
Criminals in blue

Compare the law's reaction to cocaine in the White House vs whiff of marijuana in a citizen's car.
Scum
What the hell even is this. She obviously got bullied in school.
How can that kind of sick people be cops?
Dyer is a liar and should be sacked
as someone who is from chattanooga im SHOCKED they didnt fire the main male officer here what a fucking loser.

Fantastic hair
Women cops are the most dangerous.

Wow😮
All those cops are trash! He needs to be fired and charged
Allowing a cop to simply state "I smell marajuana" and then search a car is crazy, especially when it's so often and so blatantly abused.
officer feelings and officer sensitive should reconsider their careers
Taking an annonymous call has gospal and then doing whatever you want. Land of the free
The lw should be, when cop smells mariguana and dont find it cops get suspended sor 1 werk no pay
When I am looking at property I look at the cities hiring policies. If there are any diversity incentives I immediately stop considering.
I don’t want to live in city whose poor policies put their citizens in danger and open their taxpayer coffers to litigation.
