  1. I’ve listened to the released calls – Charlie A’s hypocrisy is really something – saying he’s already ‘lost a year and a half of his life’ behind bars and his son would only see him in prison with no comment for Dan Markel who’s whole life was taken and his boys will never see him again. He portrayed the jury as being country hicks and the prosecutor playing her ‘down home’ performance to them – had they come in with a different verdict would he still have said that? He is exactly where he belongs and hopefully Donna will be joining him in prison at the end of her trial. Her ticket was one-way….. consciousness of guilt…

  2. The husband did what he thought was right. He knew her better than anyone. He should not be charged. She was his wife, it was his responsibility to do what he believed was the right thing for her.

  4. Thank you so much I love this… That we do not have to open our phones, even if the police get a warrant… That’s so right! Not that I plan on getting in trouble or anything but it’s only right!! Thanks Scott!!

  5. Yeah I'd file the password stuff under get a warrant for that information not self incrimination. Unless your password is "HaHaIKilledMyWife" it's about as incriminating as your name.

My issue is they don't have a warrant/subpoena for the information that is my password, they have a warrant for my phone's data. Two separate things, two warrants required.

  6. When you said- “if this person doesn’t stop talking, I’d do blank”. I thought I was about to hear a story about someone taking themselves out. I’ve never heard someone say the opposite. It’s always been- if you don’t shut up then I’m going to have to “leave this earth” *censored for YouTube. I was surprised when it wasn’t that.

  7. Scott…you know I love ya…who's the bad person that made you use the word "tryst" (which is a lovers secret rendezvous) instead of "conundrum"? They aren't your friend. And (just between you and me (no, it's not "you and I")) "semantics" is a branch of linguistics having to do with meaning. "s" is always the last letter. There is no singular form.
But really great Crime Talk tonight, I thoroughly enjoyed it as always. You seemed a little jollier than usual, I like to see that. For awhile I was concerned, you looked tired and stressed…you look great now. What did you ask Santa to put under the tree for you?

  8. Yes the husband with wife in hospice is definitely guilty of attempted murder but spending money for trial and putting him in jail is a waste of everyone’s time & money. Please follow could be interesting if husband fights it.

  9. So im bringing up the idaho case..so the house where the murder of four people is going to be demolitioned in two wks..have you ever heard the main evidence in a case being desteoyed before trail is over.???.thats very suspicious!!!! What the heck is the water folks drinking ? Shady crap everywhere !!!

  10. I find it rich Charlie Adelson is blaming the make up of the jury for his conviction. He hired a whole separate team of lawyers and experts for the voir dire process. They were supposed to stack the jury in his favor. He should blame them and ask for a refund 😑😑😑😑
