  1. AMA Question: If you’ve lost weight and made the lifestyle choices such as no processed sugar, no alcohol, no dyes etc is it so bad to not be actively exercising each day? I get a normal amount of walking in per day and I’m not a couch potato by any means, I just dont exercise very often

  2. AMA: What would you recommend for chronic joint inflammation and pain? What can help nerve pain? Context: I've had costochondritis for over a year for unknown reasons, although I'm better, I'm not fully recovered. I've been eating no processed foods and tried a lot of supplements. I'm considering trying a short-term carnivore diet.

  3. AMA: thoughts on birth control? I have horrible cramps that affect my daily life and I’m thinking of starting birth control. Is there a certain one with less long term health effects?

  4. AMA Question: Hey Brenden, I started intermittent fasting for a few days a week, and I feel great. My cravings are close to gone. But I am concerned about my electrolytes (no symptoms yet), but will your mix break my fast?

(Recommend me a flavor, why not)

Also, do you think it's to exercise while fasting?

  5. AMA Question: Hey Brendan I drink a lot of water throughout the day because here in Florida is always hot outside and sometimes I even drink water 2-3 hours before going to sleep. How can I stop waking up in the middle of the night to pee?

  6. Hey Brendan, I'm 15 and I just started high intensity weight-training 4 times a week about a month ago, but I've been playing sports multiple times a week for years. My parents are concerned that I'm over-doing it in the gym, but with proper technique, and controlled movements, is it ok to be training with high intensity? Does it stunt growth? And if it's ok how can I convince them of this?

  7. Brendan, I have seen your videos on how harmful chemicals are in soap we use for dishes, clothing, and overall cleaning, my family will have a hard time to be convinced to make the switch but do you have any idea how I could convince them to change what cleanliness products we use?

  8. AMA: I been having some elbow and wrist pain on my right arm for about a week. I take collagen more often now recently and magnesium for a few months now. But the discomfort has made working out difficult. Any suggestions on what I should do further?

  9. Ama question: my grandma is getting pretty old (81) but she's still super functional and coherent (she drives) what are some supplements amd lifestyle changes I can recommend to her. Her doctor has her in 500mg of salt or less per day because of elevates blood pressure (I think that's bs)

  10. AMA Question: I have heard that selenium can protect your body from mercury and other heavy metals and chemicals and your thyroid from oxidative damage. Do you think there is any benefits from taking a little extra (not necessarily excess) amount of selenium to protect your body from mercury, arsenic, fluoride, pfas, and excess minerals?
