  1. Oh dear, Scott!!!! Must we be a broken record regarding LV’s LEGAL NAME?!?! 😖

Her request to be called Daybell is as valid as her rant at the end of her trial! If they grant this “request,” they may as well redact one of her many guilty verdicts!!!

If there’s one thing in which some of us may take a bit of pleasure, aside from the fact that she’s safely behind bars, it’s to hear her manipulative requests fall onto deaf ears! & for the court to (hopefully) continue to keep using her LEGAL name!
Her whole life was based on manipulation, so it really gives me pause (& anger) when the system allows it!

She should be reminded in ANY & ALL ways that those beautiful people are no longer here because she’s a murderer:
Charles Vallow, (who would STILL be her husband if she & her brother hadn’t murdered him), JJ Vallow, Tylee Ryan, Joe Ryan, & Tammy Douglas Daybell

  2. Hahaha I hear the door bell chime at 12 minutes 47 seconds and the microwave finish, be opened and closed between 12 minutes 59 and 13 minutes 7 seconds

    😂😭😂😭😂😭😂

  3. I thought we were innocent until proved guilty in a court of law..why do suspects get treated as though THEY ARE GUILTY? I don't understand this..i never have..it seems like a lie..This so called justice system is FRIGHTENING!

  4. I think I may generally agree with Scott on guns but I really dislike this old chestnut of " what if you had a gun?". The assumption is if NY had loose gun laws this customer would have been strapped. Not everyone wants a gun. And it seems to put the onus on the victim. And besides, I think the more aggressive 2nd amendment absolutists care less about the freedom for everyone to own a gun and more to do with WHO owns the guns.

  5. Shroomie pilot is a perfect example of why shrooms aren’t magic medicine for everyone. They effect everyone differently and aren’t a one size fits all approach to mental health as some claim.

  7. So all the way through the airport no one noticed his strange behavior. No one noticed him acting strange at check in, and just let him board an airplane. It all says to me… we are going to hear another plane/planes getting crashed because of lack of airport personnel doing their jobs. No one noticed this tripping man is scary.

  8. I love the background. I’ve said it before, I’m saying it again.
And, please, yes, be a teetotaler. I am. Drugs, booze, cigarettes, all that, are all bad news, imo.
And, yes, I agree on stricter punishment for this donut. What a fool! Bad news.

  9. Q?: I would be VERY Interested in knowing, what the: “Socio-Economic”, position, these “OTHER Half Dozen Cases…,” that were mentioned, was/is, please? 10. How can they say that marijuana is causing psychosis when there’s literally no testing that has been done on this drug because of the way that our government has classified it. now we are going to have trials where people are stating that they know that this stuff is happening, but there’s no medical proof to show it Because it can’t be tested because the classification that the United States government has put on it I need some explanation… from somebody who is respectful and is looking to have discussion not an argument where there’s gonna be name-calling I’m not trying to be like that.

  11. Hi Scott, I believe that pot psychosis is a thing. I'm an ex ambo. Over the years I did a few call outs involving psychosis and pot. They weren't happy times. One thing I did notice, is that all of the patients were Aboriginal. Maybe there is a genetic response to THC? I don't know. I'm not looking at it from a racist point of view but scientifically. I'd been in the biker scene decades ago lol. I saw lots of things but I never, ever saw anyone trip out on pot. It's interesting.
