Without taxing 25% , taxing the normal state, federal tax only. All states taxing more need to stop. And reduce taxes on marijuana. Stop gouging us, the people. It's not ok
CONGRATULATIONS OHIO FOR A SAFER ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE BUT LETS BE CLEAR THE LADY IN THIS VIDEO SAID ITS JUST LIKE ALCOHOL NO ITS NOT ALCOHOL KILLS THOUSANDS AND CANNABIS HAS KILLED ZERO
Merrick Garland could make weed federally legal with the stroke of a pen. The stigma still remains, yes had to lost its effectiveness to the point where βits illegalβ is the only argument left.
crony capitalism…$80k for a license…5k to apply…the cost of doing business minus the profitable product is a fraction of the price of the license fees. We're being ripped off and locked out, again.
Very tired of the mainstream media calling Ohio a Red state. It IS NOT. It is still very much a Purple swing state.
The reason why it voted recreational use down before was because the bills were terrible (because they were created by the state itself. Citizens didn't have the rights to grow or own their own crops and the state was literally the only vendor via the friends of the governor who would a monopoly with extremely high tax rares. No one in their right mind would vote yes for that)
The media keepstrying to push this "red state in revolt to Republicans" narrative that simply isn't true.
Yes, Ohio is not happy with Republicans in charge right now, but it has more to do with their ignorance of trying to firce citizens to live how they want, instead of letting them do what they want in privacy.
Why aren't we hearing anything more about Joe Biden's millions of dollars from foreign countries bribery scandal, his obvious corrupt business dealings with his son Hunter & his JUSTIFIABLE impeachment?!?
What this means is that the illegal dealers will just sell their stuff cheaper than what the state tax places will sell it for. I live in the NW where it is legal in some states. That means, the cops still have the dealers to deal with. Another issue, is that banks will not deal with the companies that sell marijuana. Can't deposit your profits in the bank because of federal regulation.
53% of all states have legalized weed. Time to start hammering the send but on emails demanding your congressman stop allowing the DEA to enforce raids, prison, and ruining people's lives.
Romans 1:28 βAnd even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;β
Whoever gives this video its 420th thumbs up should get a recreational prize pack from Cheech & Chong, and whoever gives it its 421st should get an angry crank call from them. By the way, someone wrote on another site that it needed 60% approval to get enacted. I take it that was wrong?
So many people smoke weed. Whether you like it or not, it's less dangerous than alcohol and people are going to do it anyway so might as well tax it and stop wasting money prosecuting it.
TIMES ARE CHANGING. 50 YEARS AGO, ALMOST TO DATE, A 20 YEAR OLD RECEIVED 40 YEARS IN PRISON FOR ONE LID OF WEED. HUT A DRUNK DRIVER WHO KILLED A YOUNG WOMAN RECEIVED PROBATION.

Even the COPS can smoke marijuana legally in my state, Lol……..hard to believe there are still states where it's a crime for regular people.
If you know any older people who are upset about this you can rub it in!
If you savor life. Do not drive thru Ohio

Try to put heroin in voting, everyone will vote βyesβ, but then what? Everyone a narkoman? π₯΄
Oh no, the dangerous pot is about to ruin that state too. Should have never been illegal to begin with.
Why aren't we hearing anything more about Joe Biden's millions of dollars from foreign countries bribery scandal, his obvious corrupt business dealings with his son Hunter & his JUSTIFIABLE impeachment?!?
What are the going to legalize next heroin? Unbelievable…
Oklahoma's measure failed not because we didn't want it(we do–overwhelmingly),it failed because it was a poorly written law.
I'm in Illinois. Our state has made billions in revenue since legalizing it Your state is just straight dumb if it's not legal there.
Not should be 'regulated' at all – no need for the state to get involved in my freedoms

I can't wait to see how trump will take credit for this. π

Flip Ohio Flip πππ2024
Big mistake it ruined Oregon
Ohio turns into Satan. Legalized killing babies and turned away from God.
Ohio isn't so much a Red state as it is a heavily gerrymandered state.
Now play nice kids

Good on Ohioans. We Mississippians voted 70% in favor of medical marijuana in 2020 and they struck it down.
RED states are the best states
Yay Ohio join the crowd πππ
just what the country needs, more lazy people!

Itβs a mistake!
It's about time
Good luck Ohio starts all problems including car accidents.
Well another state bites the dust. Look at Colorado.

That's great, but please do it at your own house, I really don't want to smell your buttcrack out in public. π«Ά
