I've learnt so much from you I had to smile as I was one of those following the statch solution and focusing on potatoes 😂 but now I'm making lentil wraps ,beans I soak over night rinse and soak for a further couple of hours absolutely no discomfort now .
I prep a large romaine lettuce salad, seal it tight. It will last several days, I change vegetables with each salad. It’s a starter to have with something else . I’m keep fresh fruit, frozen blueberries. Works for me.❤❤❤
