How about for a kid who doesn't eat veggies, has migraines. I already give him veggie pills, but would DIM be better for him? Magnesium, Riboflavin… But DIM for a 15 year old male who eats poorly?

JJ – I took your advice and started taking Kre-Alkalyn Creatine- after watching hi video Im concerned I should have only taken it when I started as heavy dosing?- Is it ok to take everyday? What type of creatine is best as a daily supplement ?

As lovely as you are – more frequent cut aways would help me stay focused- as I have noticed that in longer videos- if itās the same background and youāre simply speaking (not moving) I lose interest and have to force myself to continue watching- many times just clicking out.

I had horrible dizziness on Day 4 with that creatine loading dose. Had to stop for weeks for it to go away. ā¹ļø Now, Iām afraid to restart.
