For scents/flavours it's got to be subtle (for me), and it's got to be citrussy or minty or earthy when I have a migraine. Anything remotely 'flowery' or sweet and I'm in the 9th level of hell for days and no medication will change that. I've had morphine, pethidine, stemetil, ondansetron etc. and the perfume (especially rose and many fruit scents) induced migraine/chronic vomiting has just punched right through all the pain meds and antiemetics. Ideally with my migraines, the less smell/taste the better. I'm looking forward to being able to have inhaled assistance soon, because once I get to the point of vomiting with pain or migraine it just doesn't stop. No oral meds have time to work before I vomit again. My only answer right now is to jab myself with nausea meds and pray I can somehow pass out in the dark until it either eases off or I choke on my own puke. At least they are less frequent as I get older and have been able to work from home more. Trying to maintain a job through my teens to early 40's was a decades long nightmare.
Many are realizing the benefits of microdosing cannabis, sometimes as low as one percent of 'standard 10 mg TCH" dose. (0,1 mg THC every few hours). How about a podcast showing those individuals where they can buy gummies that are under 1 mg THC.
I have actually had a ton of luck with my nausea with 200 mg edibles every 4-6 hours. I just got diagnosed with Crohns and it's literally the only thing that makes it so I can function during the day. I am definitely going to try out the Tincture. I am wondering If I switch to tincture if I'd feel even better??
it's true. when i'm at my worst, nausea wise, i don't want to get high, and aside from my medical marijuana i'm a recovering addict, so you know i love getting high. i'm not sure the exact terpene profile of the strain "Romulan" , i think primarily pinene, and i think linalool. it's an older strain that i used to be able to reliably get in dispensaries in CA a few years ago, but the new generation of strains seem to be a lot of blends of strains, the Purple Rom is not as effective as the original.
Great video . Thanks so much for the fantastic information and conversation. I have only heard one guest swear by a terpene for nausea and it was Linalool.
Almost all of my problems stem from inflammation so any product with CBG works well for me but if it is an extreme day tinctures and carts don't work very well but flower always works ( white CBG )
Myrcene for depression and flavor
What about Delta 9 THC & CBD?

Basically he said sometimes you just panic into realizing eating is the only way to feel better and come down from a horrible high (sometimes) lol
Been feeling nauseous all day. Just smoked a bowl and it was gone almost immediately!
