  2. It helps me A lot

But still criminal in some country that destroy your future 😢 for what ? Nothing

What if I had something bad in my childhood that make me have OCD

    😞

  3. I wouldn't say this is right or wrong but as a patient who is suffering from OCD, my experience tells me it helps me to improve a lot compare to the traditional medical treatment but am very rare to talk about it because people always think am just finding an exeuse which make me feel sad and don't want to talk about it but of course two things for certain…always find a place where can make you feel comfortable and with someone you trust. Don't worry about what other said to you, they don't understand how we suffer everyday. Hope everybody having a peace of mind.

  4. That was wrong, it does not just amplify sadness or happiness, it sometimes calms you (indica), makes you super sleepy and lethargic and calm (heavy indica, high thc), it can make you feel energetic and happy (sativa) or it can make you fidgety and hyperactive (heavy sativa, high thc), if it does not make you paranoid then it might work wonders for your anxiety, keeping thc level low and using it in a controlled manner can improve the quality of life to great extent in patients with anxiety and mood disorders. However you can have a mental dependence on cannabis if you smoke all the time but the side effects are really less. And yes I feel that the plant is made for some people, whom it really affects in wonderful ways.

  5. So does thc help with intrusive thoughts? I used to smoke weed and it would help me relax and now since quarantine I’ve had bad Intrusive thoughts and I don’t know if it will help my anxiety or thoughts

  6. This completely glosses over the various medications that people with ocd take. A common class benzodiazepines which are given for anxiety attacks are highly addictive and can lead to deadly withdrawals if suddenly stopped. If Zoloft is taken every day is it considered a problem? No because it is medication. Marijuana should be considered the same thing. The key here is that if it is effecting your everyday life then it has become an issue. This video only looks at it as a form of recreation, while I'd argue it can greatly help those with ocd. It's not for everyone (as with every medicine) but if you look at it as a medication it's another fantastic tool in your kit.
