So, forgive me if you already mentioned this; For me, it becomes very overwhelming when I think of so many things that must be done. I’m sure that’s an issue for many as well. I’ve learned to not chew big chunks at once. When I started exercising, the length and the work of videos overwhelmed me, but I motivated myself by doing just a little bit till I got tired. I’d go to the next session with the same mindset, and do a bit more till my mind and body got used to the routine and eventually I would complete an hour of videos. The same goes for anything else; every little step counts. No one has to become a superhuman in one session or even 100. Just do as much as you can, consistently till you climb the Mount Everest.
